I went to this restaurant on two occasions on a word of mouth recommendation.  Both times the food was delicious,  well prepared and presented.  The guy in charge was very freindly and attentive,  he guided my menu choices and made adjustments for me as I was eating alone. On these visits I had calamares a la plancha, octopus,  zorza ,croquettas de jamón. Also some beer and wine . It's not easy to run a restaurant,  you have really want to do it and love it. These people obviously love what they do. It takes dedication. I recommend a visit to this restaurant   very well located,  clean and good atmosphere.  I only wish I was able to go more times to try more things. Respondiendo al comentario de la review. Para empezar, nos servisteis una ración de pimientos quemada que tuvimos que mandar de vuelta. Cuando llegaron los siguientes estaban medio crudos, pero ya viendo que os costaba bastante decidimos callarnos y esperar al resto de platos. Cuando por fin llegó la tortilla (media hora esperando por ella) la levantamos y vemos que nos habéis intentado colar una tortilla quemada por debajo. A mayores del quemado, creo que era la tortilla española más seca e insípida que he probado en años. Digna de los peores bares de carretera. Obviamente que la mandamos de vuelta y esta vez ya decidimos irnos. Sorpresa nuestra que cuando vamos a pagar vemos que tenéis la poca vergüenza de incluirla en la cuenta y os lo tenemos que volver a mencionar. Y no, una ronda de chupitos que rechazamos no es compensación para el servicio que nos habéis dado.

EDIT: Puedes ver que tengo más de 300 valoraciones en esta plataforma y pocas tan negativas como esta. Mi intención no es hacer daño si no reflejar cómo ha sido mi experiencia. Cuando lo hacéis muy bien os lleváis 5 estrellas, cuando lo hacéis muy mal os lleváis una. Esto funciona así, si no todos los locales tendrían 5* de media y no serviría para nada. Y si no tenéis al personal adecuado para dar un buen servicio no es culpa mía, que para eso estamos pagando y la cuenta no fue pequeña precisamente.
