Souvenir Corticela — Local services in Santiago de Compostela

attention pilgrims!!: pick a different souvenir store. Went in during pouring rain to buy a poncho because my rain jacket was no longer holding up after two days of straight rain. Poncho cost me 7 euros (steep price for a bottom tier poncho but I was desperate) after barely wearing it for 2 hours it was ripping in the shoulders and arms, literally falling apart, so I went immediately back in to inform the gal working (same gal who sold it to me) told them who I was, when I was in and showed them the tears (obviously wearing the poncho they sell). They refused to exchange or refund the poncho because I didn’t have a receipt. They never even offered me a copy of the receipt because the woman who sold it to me was too focused on trying to rush me out and sell something to the next person. Cheap stuff, bad/rude service, find better souvenirs or pilgrim...

Me gasté 35 € en la tienda,la comerciante ( dueña o encargada no se)me pareció súper borde, ridícula,y usurera, una empleada se equivocó en un precio nos dijo 9 y eran 12€ fue a echarle la bronca,y después nos dijo q los tres euros si no los pagábamos nosotros los pagaría la empleada,YO NO APOYO A COMERCIANTES Q ROBAN A TRABAJADORES, NO TE TIRE LA COMPRA A LA CARA PQ ME QUE DE BLOQUEADA ,LAS PERDIDAS LAS ASUME EL COMERCIANTE SIN VERGÜENZA ,LA EMPLEADA DEMOSTRÓ LA EDUCACIÓN Q A TI TE FALTA,hay muchos tiendas en las q comprar alrededor mejores q la tuya, espero la chica encuentre un curro decente porque tú eres penosa.,por supuesto los tres euros los pagamos nosotros,no volveré a comprarte...

Loja bonita mas sem nenhum sentido comercial!!! Trouxe uns clientes indonésios à loja, compraram 412€ de lembranças, quando solicitei um gesto comercial,, disseram que não podiam porque não havia nenhum responsável da loja,, pedi então que oferecessem uma lembrança simbólica porque estavam a ser uns bons clientes continuaram a negar... Francamente, não deve ser todos os dias que clientes gastam mais de 400€ na loja (estou a falar de apenas um casal e não um grupo!). É evidente que não aconselharei mais a nenhum...
