Very very very disappointing. Go away as soon as possible.

I dont understand the average note. Certainly fake opinions. I didnt noticed but there is only 17 feedbacks and they balance from the bad to the good

Pizzas look like frozen ones. Moreover I ve often bought frozen better ones. Tomato sauce is not fresh, Pasta is crispy and not good. Five little pieces of ham!

For me this is not cooking. Could you call Gordon Ramsay please!

What else : very tiny place the poor weater has to evoluate between 3 floors it s probably why he is inefficient but kind I waited for the bill and to pay about 15 minutes : 2 round trips to serve other clients, then he realized I had finished, one more round trip to give me the bill and a last one to bring the machine for the debit card I ve heard the weater proposing ketchup for the pastas. So it s an evidence this is not authentic italian food no trace of drinks in the menu you certainly have the choice among red, white, rosé wine and sodas. Oh my god! The weater was apparently surprised with my enquery cola in a can of course not in a glass bottle I wasn't placed at a table immediately I had to wait that the manager had ended something else more important before

And to finish no good bye and the weater had to pass first in the stairs...because only one person can...

The reviews were great, so with my Italian partner we decided to go and try. There was even a note saying on the menu that they do not compromise on the original Italian way of making pasta dishes no matter what you ask. This gave a good confidence and he went for the carbonara.

Whatever came was a big disappointment because it was a yellow soup kind of thing with pasta swimming in it. When we said to the waitress, that is not acceptable she just went back and brought back the message that according to the Italian cook this is how it should be, although she agreed before that is looks like a soup… They said the cook would come talk to us, but never happened. I regret not taking a picture… It also tasted pretty strange. after this visit, my partner had a pretty severe food poisoning. Probably the eggs were not good or not going through proper heat treatment. The service was also very disappointing, our complaint was not handled in any acceptable way, coffee order forgotten.

For the sake of completeness, I have to mention that my mushroom pasta was very good, but avoid the carbonara at all cost. We almost couldn’t make our flight home due to this...

The owner was extremely rude and the staff just follows what the owner indicates to them. Upon checking some of the reviews with few stars I can see that we haven't been the only ones with this experience.

We were nothing but polite. Even some of the staff felt embarrassed because of the owner's terrible attitude about us having dinner in the restaurant.

With the owner's review response, I can see that she has absolutely no idea who I was as a customer and she is just replying to the review as if I would be a customer that had an argument with her or her staff which never happened LOL.

Maybe not all customers that think you are rude had an argument or even talked to you and/your staff have you ever...
