Tee Travel - Santiago — Local services in Santiago de Compostela

I wish I could give this a better review, sadly we put our faith in TT Travel to provide accommodation in order to complete the Camino. One of the hotel groups they are associated with was Hotel Louis. We had a bag stolen from our room in Hotel Louis Leon on the 7th floor and the person who stole our bag containing 500 Euros had access to our room by swipe card as there was no visual evidence of forced entry. This leads you to believe it was a person with a swipe card. A 4 star hotel should have better security. When we told the staff that we had our bag stolen we were told that we had made it all up and that their staff were not capable of theft. We contacted TT travel to raise this as an issue and they didn't provide any assistance or place any pressure on the hotel to investigate or assist us in any way. I would strongly suggest that if you decide to book through TT Travel, you ask that you not be booked into any Hotel Louis hotels. Most incredibly, when Tee Travel responded to this review they simply repeated the lies they were told by the hotel and didn't have any regard for us THE PAYING CUSTOMER! Now that our Pilgrimage is finally complete, I wanted to write and thank Ines, Bea, Lucia and Susana for all their assistance, support and kindness.

They have all been there for us when we were confused, had questions and just needed a little assurance. They have been incredible and made our journey so easy!

Obviously, the experience was amazing and with their support it was so easy. Everything was so easy. I will always look to them for future travel wherever they are located!

Tee Travel is such a great company. I completed the Camino Frances and Tee Travel made sure that all my arrangements for accommodation and luggage transfer came off without any problems. Considering I was moving daily for over 6 weeks, this is an amazing accomplishment for any organization. A big thank-you to Barbara Santos who had exceptional customer service skills and was great support for me when I needed it. I highly recommend Tee Travel. If your looking to book, you cannot go wrong with this company. I will definitely book again with them. A deserving 5 Stars...
