Fantastic first experience at TRIB3 Gran Via!! After going to classes in Barcelona and the UK, I had high expectations and I was not disappointed! The customer service, workout and vibe of the studio are unmatched. Augustine was so kind, explained everything to me (in English perfectly - thank you!!) and helped me get set up with a monthly package and my own heart rate monitor. Thomas was so enthusiastic and motivating in class, it’s super challenging but you can go at your own pace whenever you need to. Even though I don’t speak Spanish, I could follow along. There’s a board with all the exercises written in English and Thomas checked in on me to make sure I knew what was going on. Thanks so much! I’m excited to continue...

I had a very good customer experience. I was greeted very kindly entering the studio with very well prepared and profound information that was very helpful. The trainers for Pilates reformer Barbara and Haydee have technically made a flawless and engaging, very professional training that was very motivating. They corrected the participants in the correct and ergonomic movements actively which is very helpful and shows a sustainable and client-centric healthy and empathetic approach. Unfortunately, this does not happen in all studios where you let people perform the movements incorrectly. This is the best fitness experience I’ve ever had. Immediately signed up for 8 classes a month and haven’t felt so good in years. I wake up excited going to this place and this in all honesty I’ve never had. Always paid a gym membership and then didn’t go. But TRIB3 is giving you the ultimate luxury workout experience with fantastic instructors!! Pilates on the reformer is fantastic. Only 3 months in I feel stronger and have better posture. Love the Tone and Power but enjoyed the start with Align. After every class you’re treated with a cold wet and scented towel to refresh yourself and then can also enjoy a nice shower with everything you need to get ready afterwards. Couldn’t recommend more and will be coming back again...
