Terrible experience. I’ve returned defected item together with other items. I got partial refund with no explanation whatsoever. After couple of days I contacted customer service and got reply that they haven’t found any defects but they found a stain and they will charge me for that. It’s ridiculous how they charge you for something without prior communication, no photos of the non existing stain was provided as well. Customer service was simply rude and pushy. This is not the mass market brand to treat customers like that....
