RoQ — Restaurant in Stockholm

Had a grand time at Roq/Hej STHLM. Came for the arcade machines, but also had drinks, food, and generally enjoyed the vibes. It's a surprisingly long place, with the arcades all the way in the back. Good selection, a few fighting games, a few shooters and a big selection of Japanese rhythm games.

Overall fun place, quick service from the staff, fun drink selection, food was alright pub grub. Towards the end it was difficult to find seating, so at peak hours, expect that!

Were I to raise two challenges, the air conditioning in the back (particularly the dance room) needs cranked up a few notches. Was pretty warm and muggy there. And lastly, no lockers or cloakroom of any sort. When there are tons of activities, particularly arcade machines which you have to dedicate attention to and sometimes physically stand in, it sucks to have to place your bag down. Food for...

Amazing place for an afterwork hangout or any kind of group activity. A couple of shuffleboards, smth like 20 pool tables, ping-pong, many arcade machines as well (not a big fan tho). The bar menu is quite good as well. The music is a good old rock, can't be better.

Booking system is available. You might also be checked for your bag content and asked to leave all the flasks and food at the guarded wardrobe. The place might get quite busy in the evenings, queues are quite common during the hot hours.

Nice place to hang out. It's REALLY hot inside. Drinks. Multilingual staff. Good service. Not enough chairs. Super busy. Arcade games. Queues. Long wait for games. Pool tables charge per hour and per person. Adds up to a lot. Still fun. Easy to hit others since the tables are next to others. Often have to ask others to move. I don't know how but some people were pretty bad, and their HEAVY BALLS would go flying!!! Like we are bruised from it. The tables being so close by is dangerous. Also getting hit by a stick isn't nice either. There are no different size sticks like normal...
