My group of 9 friends and I recently went on a tour with Nice African Adventures and Safaris, and it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Our guides, Ernest and Innocent, were absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, attentive, and always in sync with the environment. They constantly stayed updated through the radio to make sure we didn’t miss any major wildlife sightings. Thanks to them, we saw a wide variety of animals in their natural habitat and captured some unforgettable photos along the way. They also shared interesting facts and answered all our questions with enthusiasm.

Ernest and Innocent handled every detail—ensuring we were comfortable, well-fed, and safe throughout the trip. Their passion and care really stood out and made the entire journey incredibly special.

Our accommodations were a mix of luxury villas and cozy tents, creating a beautiful blend of comfort and adventure. Even while camping, I always felt safe and taken care of. The staff were attentive, and a Maasai guide was always nearby to assist us. Falling asleep to the distant sounds of zebras and lions was something I’ll never forget.

Just returning home with reluctance from an amazing safari experience in Tanzania with Nice African Adventure and Safaris. My daughter, son-in-law, and I explored Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro in late August, thanks to a well-planned itinerary by Nice African Adventure and Safaris, tailored closely to our preferences. Salim met us at our Arusha hotel to ensure everything was in order, and the following day, our capable driver Abouh took the reins. Abouh went above and beyond to ensure we had high-quality animal sightings. His proficient English and extensive knowledge of wildlife were evident. He displayed great patience when we wanted to spend more time observing warthogs and hyenas, in addition to the majestic big cats. His impeccable driving skills ensured safe and punctual travel over long distances. Abouh also took care of arranging picnic lunches, managing our luggage, and handling the behind-the-scenes logistics, allowing us to have a stress-free holiday. Abouh took us to less-visited locations, and we felt like we maximized our experience in a short period. Just for background—many people do this kind of trip as couples, but I went with 8 friends, and if you have a group you can travel with, I highly recommend booking a private tour. It makes everything more fun!

To start with the highlight—our guides! When we landed in Kilimanjaro, we were greeted by Chief and Andrew. They were super fun and made our one-day Arusha tour a great way to kick things off before the safari.

Then we headed out to Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, and Serengeti with our main guides, Ernest and Innocent. They were incredibly knowledgeable, excellent drivers, and also so fun to be around—especially during meals when we had time to chat and laugh together. The days flew by as we explored the parks and saw all kinds of animals across the beautiful landscapes.

Although I wasn’t the one who booked the tour, I was really happy with how everything was arranged. We were able to customize the trip for our group of 8, visit all the places we wanted, and stay within our budget with great lodging.
