The shop itself offers a pleasant atmosphere with an appealing selection of products and well-curated surroundings. However, our service experience left much to be desired. Upon informing a staff member that a refrigerator magnet we purchased was defective, we were met with noticeable impatience. Rather than addressing the issue, the sales associate abruptly suggested we select a replacement. When we politely clarified that no alternative designs suited our preference and inquired about potential stock availability, the associate responded with visible frustration, including dismissive eye-rolling and a curt refusal to check inventory.

The situation escalated when the employee forcefully demonstrated the magnet's adhesion by slamming it onto a display board - an unprofessional gesture that undermined both product integrity and customer courtesy.
