If you’ve been to Japan, have you try Chuka cuisine? In this case, at Yokohama Chinatown. Many outstanding restaurants serves high level comfort food.

You can find similar food here in Bangkok at Ramen Tei Premium. This shop always deliver premium quality Japanese style Chinese food, almost exactly like my experience in Japan.

Ramen can easily be skipped here, hearty portion but nothing special while other stir fry Chinese dishes are absolutely insane. I usually come here once a month, the food taste incredible along side with their homemade rayu chili paste, the magic condiment that goes well with everything, so good that beer is not needed to enhance your dinner.

Harumaki by far the best appetizer, crispy skins and juicy fillings of shiitake, cabbage, bamboo shoots inside. No other restaurants can make spring rolls this perfect.

Fried rice also a must get. I order every visits because most ramen shops serve delicious quality fried rice.

As for the strongest stir-fry Chinese dish here, Hoikoro is the best in my opinion. Wok charred cabbage, pork belly, green onions and bell pepper simply irresistible, perfect match with white rice.

Price is reasonable because 7% VAT and silly 10% service charge doesn’t exist here. Also you get a choice of free, refillable hot or cold tea.

What’s not to love...

Loved the soup, I was the last client, walked in at 10.05 pm asked if they still accept me, they said closing at 11pm and kitchen closes at 10.30 so I got time. It’s an open kitchen all the cooks chattered really Loud as I was sitting by the counter and was the only customer but I don’t think it was enough excuse to talk and giggle with colleagues inappropriately abt personal lifestyle. It was odd.

At 10.20 I had a person came in and asked me “last order”, five more mins another one did another “last order” thing. And at 10.35 they wanted my check. And less than ten mins I finished eating a waitress inserted their hands under my arms to sweep my food tray from in front of me, before she asked me if I’m done.

I found the experience wildly unlike Japanese mannered restaurant. Very dissapointed and will...

Think of Ramen, think of Ramen Tei.

This particular branch stands out as the best in Thailand. From the food quality to the polite and attentive service, everything is top-notch. The Japanese modern clean interior design adds to the overall experience. Additionally, the location is convenient, with ample parking available, and if you spend money at any shop in the avenue, parking is free. The reasonable prices are just the cherry on top

After visiting this branch over 10 times, I can confidently say that it's impossible to find a negative factor. It consistently exceeds expectations and remains my go-to spot for...
