Location Hard to Find. I looked for the location for almost one hour after I arrived at Emporium. Cold Cold Space. The massage room is extremely cold. Even though I asked for additional thick tower to cover my body, I’m still freezing. Not allowed to take shower even though I asked for multiple times to different staff. I took facial treatment. However, they asked me take off all my clothes and cover my body just with one tower in a such cold room. During the treatment, my upper body is also be applied with some scrub stuffs and cream. That’s why I ask if I can take a really quick hot-water shower after the treatment because I’m freezing until now(30 minutes after treatment)! But all the staffs refused my request, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected! 2800 bucks for a freezing body....

I went for a facial and wanted to relax after a long day. The lady who took care of me was very nice but she needs to be better trained. The hand has no pressure and basically you just lay there for one hour and have some one wash your face for one hour. The absolute worst part is her hand is permanently freezing. Over and over I had said your hand is too cold and she never attempted to warm them up. So her freezing hand is on my face, my neck and my back over and over again while I’m trying to relax my mind. 2025/02/24 The store provided me with wrong information and I was lost in Emporium for 20 minutes. The address is on the 5th floor but it is marked as the 6th floor, and the elevator to the cinema on the 5th floor is also inaccessible.
