Facility: Reception room had a quiet waiting as shown in photos. The space was quiet and didn't not have any outstanding smell. The WC was clean. The service areas were all upstairs. You will need to walk. May be an issue for those who are not able to do stairs. Services are done on mats on the floor. No cover sheets between customers.

Friendliness : Reception staff are unfriendly and unwilling or perhaps unable to explain services. When asked for help to call taxi after, they said they were busy.

Cleanliness: Service area is on mats on the floor upstairs which is a bit of a problem for some services like head, neck and shoulder as you will need to be propped. There were no clean linen to cover them between customers.

The therapist: I had the head, neck and shoulder massage. She was open to suggestions but my head was propped up with a towel on an incline so it was not relaxing for the neck muscles. This was counterproductive.

This was my second time visiting Dahra, and the experience was very smooth from start to finish. I made a reservation in advance, and the process was seamless with prompt follow-up from the staff, which I really appreciated.

The environment remains excellent—calm, clean, and perfect for relaxation. Even though we had to walk up three flights of stairs to reach the couple’s room, it was worth it, as the setup was comfortable and inviting.

We booked a 90-minute Thai massage, and overall, it was a satisfactory experience. My therapist was attentive and skilled, and I felt relaxed throughout the session. My husband’s therapist, however, could have been a bit friendlier, but it wasn’t a major issue, just a small area for improvement.

What I particularly loved about this visit was how cost-effective it was. We even received a discount, which made the experience feel like great value for money.
