Very poor service I have been two times in this restaurant. First the good things. The staff was friendly and the beer was really cold, but that’s it. When I ordered my first trink they were bringing me the wrong brand. I said it’s ok. Then I ordered a steak (medium) and onion rings as an appetizer. The steak was coming first after a long time of waiting. I told them, that I don’t want the onion rings anymore, because I wanted them as a pre-meal. The steak was also not medium and I didn’t enjoy it. I ordered a new beer and they were bringing me again a brand that I didn’t order. Two days later I passed it in the afternoon and I was thirsty. The venue has a great setup but that’s where the accolades end.

Food is priced at the higher end of the scale and the portion sizes are small. I had a club sandwich which was reasonably well presented, but the bread was generic and the fries portion on the side was small. Like 10 fries small.

Beer is overpriced, even at happy hour.

And then there’s the staff. The head waitress/manager is a dragon. Rude, arrogant and sporting a sour look on her face that could strip paint! She seems at once angry to take your order and put out when you’re asking for the bill. How this woman works in hospitality is beyond me.

I stumbled upon Sports on 20 when I met a random German guy who said he’d show me an American sports bar. Honestly, my expectations weren’t high — I mean, we’re in Thailand — but I was pleasantly surprised.
