We booked 2 rooms directly from the hotel website.
Upon checking in, we were served complimentary brownies and cordial drink The brownies were good.
We received unlimited water and coffee ( 2 Starbucks capsules per day) and also the usual tea, creamer and sugar.
Our room was made up daily and fresh towels were supplied. The room was big enough and comfortable. King sized bed was comfortable and 4 pillows were supplied in the room.
There was a big Samsung TV and it was connected to the internet.
Breakfast was included in the room charge. We ordered based on the menu. We ordered 3 plates of French toast and 2 sets of Chinese style breakfast which includes freshly fried patongko, Chinese tea, milk coffee and sweetened condensed milk. The breakfast set was good 👍.
The staff were very friendly and they tried their best to accommodate our request. Some spoke better English than the others. Receptionists speak better English and we could understand the message.
Location wise, it's near the Emsphere and Terminal 21 Asoke shopping malls, just a walking distance away. There are 2 nearby 7-Eleven convenience stores, a must-visit place while one is in Thailand.
Muslim tourists can enjoy Halal food at nearby restaurants such as Usman Thai food in Sukhumvit 22 and Zafran Eateries in the Emsphere mall.
All in all, the combination of good hotel rooms, good service, availability of Halal food and nearby malls make this hotel a...
Read moreMy experience was bad. We arrived at the hotel and only there we were informed that there was no gym available. We were warned that there were renovations but never that any facilities weren’t available. This meant we had to pay a drop in in a gym nearby to compensate the fact that we booked an hotel with gym but the gym was not available. To compensate us for the noise due to renovation workings,, they offered a light breakfast, but quality very poor. The staff is not very friendly. It was 11.50, we were at the bar after breakfast, reading and the staff came to us saying we had to leave by 12. In addition, as we walked out the room we had a waitress immediately asking: already checking out? The breakfast was also not good. Advised as very fancy but so small portions and not a complete hotel breakfast. The coffee was self served in paper cups. We had to order a 3rd portion paid at our expense. At our room, the AC was directed to the bed, so it meant we had to either bear the hot room or sleep with AC working on our faces all night. The room is exposed to a lot of street noise, and was hard to fall asleep. The room itself seemed cozy but curtains were dirty, the energy plug ins broken and the safe box was hanging by a damaged structure (dangerous at least). The only thing about the hotel as positive is the looks, modern decoration and good taste but the service is definitely bad. I recommend you revisit...
Read moreI recently stayed at Thee Bangkok by TH District, and my experience was delightful! The hotel is perfectly located in the bustling Sukhumvit area, close to numerous cafes, restaurants, and shopping malls, making it convenient for exploring the city's vibrant culture. Here's a breakdown of my experience:ProsGreat Location: The proximity to Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT stations made it easy to navigate Bangkok without hassle.Modern and Clean Design: The rooms were thoughtfully designed with a minimalist aesthetic, and everything was impeccably clean. The comfortable bed and well-appointed amenities made the stay relaxing.Friendly Staff: The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. They were helpful in arranging transportation and providing local tips.Value for Money: Considering the central location and quality of service, the pricing felt reasonable.ConsLimited Breakfast Options: While the breakfast was decent, the variety could have been better to cater to diverse tastes.Small Gym Facilities: The gym was not ready, some renovation construction is still ongoing at the time of my stayOverall, Thee Bangkok by TH District provides an excellent mix of comfort, style, and convenience. I highly recommend it for solo travelers, couples, or business visitors who want a relaxing stay in the heart of Bangkok. The minor drawbacks didn’t take away from the...
