this place is going downhill. I went to this place to go get a color touch-up. I remember getting good results from them on one of my previous trips. this time it was very different because what used to be a very busy salon was almost dead. I sat down in the chair. Showed them exactly what I wanted. I wash them apply what I thought was the correct lightning agent (I have medium to light blonde hair). But after about 5 minutes I notice it start to develop Brown and I noticed that it was stinging my scalp. I brought the concern to the main stylist and she just dismissed it. I told them they needed to take me to the washing basin immediately. When they washed my hair I noticed that they had put in a dark brown color. I was able to translate from English to Thai to Korean through one of the assistants. they immediately scrambled to put the right color in but it ended up turning my hair red instead. Also some of the brown dye that they used stained the sides of my cheeks. I actually had to go to another salon to get my hair fixed. Overall, a significantly negative experience. Had really bad experience with this place. I saw good reviews on google map so I went in with a lot of trust on them. But the female stylist spent literally 5 minutes on cutting my hair and it doesn’t look at all what I want it. Then she went to another customer who is doing a perm. It seems customer who simply need a cut doesn’t worth her time and attention. Hair from the back she just simply cut it straight. I spent more time on washing my hair then the actual cutting. The assistant seems doesn’t know how to hold a hair dryer and it keep hitting my face. When I complained in the end, I waited 5 minutes at the counter for her response and she keep saying “ do you want more cut? You hair is so thin and simple to cut.” Seriously? In my whole life I never have a haircut done within 10 minutes. Even men haircuts takes longer than this and you really can’t use thin hair and easy style as your excuse for bad skill and attitude. Big space but petty basic salon.2 Korean stylists, the Korean guy did my hair. He can speak eng but honestly a miss on cutting hair. I went there randomly and it’s empty so he did my hair right away, but then his Appointment show up and I can see he’s rushing to finish mine(5-10mins only).
