Uneducated, unprofessional, disrespectful owner and employees. I am sure what type of person the owner is even though I never seen. He or she has no knowledge and thought about making a good business but only think about money. I was there for few hours and two employees came to me, said, I must get out or reorder a drink to stay more. I already paid 150bat for one drink. Who's gonna spend 300b for just staying at this small Korean style coffee shop? I told them I will leave soon. Then another employee came to me and said "Get out now." It was my first time that an employee at the coffee shop treated me like this.
The price of drinks is 4-5 times higher than regular price of drinks on the street. But believe me, honestly it wasn't tasty. I couldn't even finish it. Only reason I visited there because I had to use my laptop and work. I asked them I wanna talk with a manager. Then a manager, of course no speaking English, even not came out when I looked for. Just stood inside and stared me. I told him you shouldn't treat your customer like this and you didn't even let me know that I couldn't stay here for long time. And the employees said they do this because the owner said. Yeah I understood. But if you are smart or educated well, your attitude wouldnt make me feeling bad even if you said the same thing to me.
I write this review, not because I just felt bad. Because I want them to change their attitude and problem. People go to the restaurants or coffee shop to enjoy their time. You are not there to irritate or make your customers feeling bad. You have duty to make good service for the people who pay you. You can tell the customers to leave or reorder if it's policy but use right skills and...

Read moreYes it is a chain. Coffee is not bad at all. I think some of the negative reviews are a bit harsh. Range of hot and cold drinks, very heavy desserts and pastries plus pretzels, breakfast and some savoury dishes. Most people were having drinks or sharing one of the desserts (big portions). I always had the same hot black americano. When you order, even a hot drink they will usually if you are dining in get you to sit down and give you one of those buzzer things and call you when it is ready. I think this is to avoid lines forming with the pandemic and social distancing. I went to this branch a number of times located next to my hotel. Opened 24 hours which I loved as a late night owl. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Service was good. Reasonably clean. Lot's of charging sockets and a great place for free wifi. Upstairs and downstairs seating, plus a few tables outside. What I loved the most was the atmosphere to people watch especially at night. Often used by the escort girls and ladyboys who stand nearby (totally safe). When I say used, I mean they come and grab a coffee or bite to eat and use the toilets to do their make up. Always fun to watch them as they can be very funny and loud. Main negative is they need to add some light snacks like biscuits, cookies or crisps which would be nice rather than...
