Horrible experience .. the stylist didn’t know how to balance out my hair on both sides despite my telling her it was looking very odd to the sides. I have been doing my hair for years this way from other salons and this is the first time the stylist was way off!

Be very careful to explain exactly what you want in your hair cut and don’t listen to stupid suggestions by the stylist specially if you feel your hair does not look properly shaped .. the stylist will say it looks fine but everyone else you meet will tell you your hair looks really strange and off balance.

Next was the colour, I specifically told them umpteen times to make it light brown .. and what do I end up with .. dark reddish brown .. total disaster. The stylist then says “it will be fine after a few washes” lol are you kidding me? As if I haven’t had colour before to know dark reddish brown NEVER turns into light brown with a few washes … total nonsense.

Complete waste of time … Now I have to go to a different salon to get my hair fixed tomorrow.

Be warned utterly abysmal quality when it comes to hair cutting (at least in the case of the stylist I had the bad luck of getting) and competence of colouring hair to the colour...

Couple days ago, my friend went to the shop and did the coloring the hair and treatment, the result was totally disaster …. The color is not the one chosen, make my skin (face) look darker, totally not the color that choose…… and the worst part is they can’t accept Cash …. How come!!! Is open inside Iconsiam…. The shop should posted or announced at visible site that don’t accept CASH…. What an inconvenience for as a tourist…..me and my friend used to go there oftenly in iconsiam branch, Siam center branch …. We only do wash and dry (it’s was ok, for just dry and wash… not coloring and treatment…. They used to accept cash…. (That’s was couple years ago) but what happen now… what if don’t have friend in bangkok who can help transfer money. The Hair is already done! are the shop gonna make mess up again for not accepting CASh!!!!!! So unconvinced and so terrible experience…. Don’t like to be a debt’s person……

Payment was like 21,000.00THB for 3 persons… totally...

Recently did hair perming here like early of the month. Result was not good. 1) they perm the hair in one direction. Any professional would know that hair perming needs to alternate the hair direction for the more natural look. 2) this is kinda my fault as I did not include after treatment coz of budget constraint. Already the perm came out one dimensional, and with no treatment, the result look dry and coarse. Really badly damage.

So I decided to head to Moga for treatment one week later. No choice but to splurge again to fix the hair. But unfortunately, I think the chemical was too strong. My hair to this day still looks extremely dry, frizzy, and coarse. It’s going to take me months to treat back my hair. But their service is top notch. They bring you hot tea and cover you with blanket. But definitely won’t be going back to this place. Really sorry but quality...
