I have bad experience today with the cruise staff , first I buy tickets for 4 adult and 1 kid total is 80baht I mentioned for drop at China town. When the crew check my ticket both of them one woman and one boy is so rude to me they started shout me ask me to GET OUT FROM THE SHIP ! how I get out ? Jump to the river with my 6 years old boy ? I don’t understand why they don’t ask me to buy a new ticket and just tell me nicely my ticket is wrong ,both STUPID CREW SO HOT TEMPER KEEP TELL I DONT KNOW I DONT KNOW! … SIMPLY and easy buy new ticket with them and solve problem. Not like now ! I came here for holiday and spend money not come for bullied. Make me bad feeling for whole day..LAST !Advice before go in the ship better one of the crew must check...

Transportation is convenient but the customer service is horrible!!! People working here have a nasty attitude and don't have the patience to communicate with people.
