My partner and I were planning on buying some clothes from LV ICONSIAM and the first impression of them was horrible. Since we stepped into the shop, one of your staff raised her hand and said “Stop, you are in the queue, wait for other customers to come out”. Alright, I of course understand that we need to wait, but after they let us in, not even a single word of greetings, “Hello, how are you, what are you looking for, I can advise you something, blah blah blah”? she just keep quiet and following us like she was going to arrest us or something. And what even worse! She is supposed to offer us some water, but my partner, because he was feeling really thirsty, went up and asked her, “Is it okay if I get some water?” She just replied saying “Yes?” Almost like she didn’t understand why he asked her? So he then asked, “Oh sorry, do you work here?” Because he thought, the way she answered was like a customer being asked if he could have some water. But she replied, “Yes I work here” with a frown on her face as if he asked a stupid question. And then, after that weird, totally unpleasant conversation, she didn’t even offer to go pick it up for the both of us. He had to go walk to get his water by himself. Her whole attitude in this conversation was really disgusting and not welcoming in the slightest. Afterwards we walked around for a few minutes and every time we turned to see if she was there, her expression seemed to say she doesn’t want to work at all! Those feelings, lazy, boring vibes and all attitudes towards us are so incredibly unprofessional. I started to feel uncomfortable so I decided to leave and we said to the girl “thank you” and then she only looked at us, smiled, and let us leave. She didn’t say anything, not a single word of “thank you for visiting us”? After we left, we saw your staff gather together, laughing and playing around like they are on their break, not on working time.
I said to my partner, I don’t want to buy LV from this place, he also said that too. The customer service at LV ICONSIAM is absolutely horrible. Really disappointing from a huge brand like yours, and seriously, do some training for your staffs, teach them some customer service, especially the staff we met, she really needs it. If she doesn’t want to work, just stay home. If your company not do anything about it, I’m sorry but you will definitely lose loads of money from it because we were actually interested in one of your dresses. Yet even when we showed interest in it, the lady didn’t help us with any information about the dress. Even something as simple as the price. My husband had to search for it himself without any help. When he couldn’t find it, we didn’t even want to bother asking her because of her attitude from the beginning. After that situation happened to us, we went to Gucci and Dior instead and spent half a million Thai Bhat with them because we felt happy, welcomed and most importantly, special. All of their staff were really nice, friendly, very helpful, which makes you want to buy something or multiple things.
For LV? Our entire experience was absolutely appalling and that was all thanks to your staff. You don’t need to care about this single complaint from us, but you also will not get anything from us until you fix this...
Read moreI recently had an unfortunate experience at a Louis Vuitton store in Icon Siam that left me feeling both disappointed and deeply uncomfortable. From the moment I walked in at Icon Siam LV, I have noticed the staff giving me side glances, as if they had already decided I wasn’t a serious customer. Rather than receiving the welcoming, premium service one would expect from such a high-end brand, I was followed around the store in a manner that felt more like suspicion than assistance.
It was clear they had preconceived notions about me, rooted in prejudice, and assumed I wasn’t there to make a purchase—or worse, that I might be there to steal even though I have clearly told them at the entrance that I need to purchase a particular sunglass or a special perfume. Then only they have allowed me to enter the store. This sort of behavior felt discriminatory, as though they were judging me based on my appearance rather than treating me like any other customer. Even I had to ask for some water while some store offers you juice or water without even asking and treating you like customer is God.
When I finally decided to make a purchase—a pair of sunglasses—I was handed a display piece. To my dismay, the item had not even been properly cleaned or prepared before being given to me, which added insult to injury. Receiving a display item that hadn’t been cleaned felt careless, dismissive, and far below the standards of a luxury brand like Louis Vuitton. there was no cleaning cloth included in the box. (Eventually I had to buy another cleaning product to clean it before the usage! You could see the dirt in the pictures ). They just made me to pay and handed over the box without even showing me what’s inside the box or confirming my receipts. They just wanted me to pay and get out the store immediately which eventually led me to leave the store at the earliest without making any further purchases
Overall, this experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. Shopping at Louis Vuitton is supposed to be about luxury and exclusivity, yet I was made to feel unwelcome, judged, and undeserving of basic courtesy. For a brand of this caliber, the lack of professionalism, combined with the apparent racial bias, was shocking and unacceptable especially from Thailand and Vietnam stores. BTW I have shopped in many countries like Middle East Europe and Americas.
It’s disappointing to see such treatment in today’s world, especially in an environment that claims to celebrate diversity and sophistication. Louis Vuitton should take a serious look at how their staff are trained and address these discriminatory behaviors to ensure all customers feel...

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at any luxury brand — shocking and completely unacceptable for a name like Louis Vuitton.
We visited the ICONSIAM Louis Vuitton store twice, and both times were utterly disappointing.
Day 1: A male staff member stopped us at the entrance without any explanation. We politely waited, thinking there might be a customer limit. After 6 minutes of standing there, we saw the shutters starting to come down, and only when we asked if the store was closing did he give us a half-hearted nod — no words, no apology, no courtesy. We were baffled, but my husband suggested maybe there was a language barrier. Honestly, how is it even acceptable that staff at a global luxury store don’t speak basic English? It felt like we were being ignored and dismissed.
Day 2: We decided to give it another shot, but it only got worse. No greeting, no smile, no sense of hospitality — just a cold, “What are you looking for?” Then we were left waiting again with zero assistance. Staff were chatting among themselves, completely ignoring us, and when I asked to see a tote bag, the woman simply handed it to me without eye contact or even a word. I’ve never felt so disrespected in a store that claims to offer “luxury.”
Because of this rude, careless, and arrogant treatment, we walked out and decided not to spend a single baht there. Instead, we went to Gucci, where the staff welcomed us with warmth, offered assistance, and made us feel valued — the way a luxury experience should be. I happily purchased a beautiful bag from Gucci and left with a smile.
Louis Vuitton ICONSIAM should be ashamed of the way they treat potential customers. They completely lack basic professionalism, courtesy, and training. If you value your time, money, and dignity , ...
