My darling, how do I loathe thee, let me count the ways:
One, half the items on the menu are not available, a fact you do not learn until you try to order something. In the end, you are restricted to a small handful of undesirable items that don’t sell well.
Although your menu lists several bottled beers and several draft beers, almost none of them are actually available. There are absolutely zero draft beers available, and only a few of the bottled beers. So you are consigned to taking your second or third choice.
Your beer is old and stale. They are past their sell by date. The Chiang beer I ordered was flat as a tabletop, with no bubbles at all. When I complained and asked for a different beer, I was charged for the undrinkable first beer, as well as the new beer. My dining partners have the exact same experience.
The food was not cooked in the manner I requested. I requested a tenderloin steak cooked medium, but the steak as delivered, was purple and nearly raw in the middle. It more resembled a cow with a slight fever. I am The food ordered by my partner was nearly inedible, with far too much pesto glopped onto the few grilled vegetables that comprised the dish. A patron at a nearby table had ordered fried fish, and when it was served, she tried without success to put a fork into it. She finally resorted to breaking it apart with her hands.
The restaurant was understaffed. While those who were at work worked hard, there were not nearly enough of them. The result was extended, waits for anything, and forgotten requests. We had to request a glass for our beers several times before one was actually delivered 15 minutes later.
This was about as bad a restaurant experience as I have ever had. While the restaurant interior looks lovely and the street side location is good, I suggest sneaking in your own beer and food, but not ordering from their menu. Otherwise, I do not just not recommend this restaurant, I recommend...

The chicken was overcooked to the point of being leathery, and the grilled vegetables were drowning in some kind of greasy, unidentifiable sauce — completely inedible. The rice was dry and tasteless, and the egg looked like it had been fried in a hurry using tired old oil.
The service was just as poor. The staff looked exhausted and disinterested, even though it was still early in the evening and the restaurant wasn’t full. The prices were completely unjustified for the quality — you can find far better places in the area for much less.
I must also mention the cat that lives at the restaurant. Usually, animals like this add a cozy touch, but this poor creature looked thin and miserable, as if even it avoids the food here. That says a lot.
The decor seemed to aim for a certain atmosphere, but the heavy sculptures and bizarre statues felt more oppressive than inviting.
I might have given one extra star if the cat had looked healthier. Sadly, even he seemed...
Read morePOSITIVE: Food very tasty, servers smile. NEGATIVE: (1). The foods arrives after 44min to 1h++. (2) The dish does not arrives together. (3) the waitress forget some dish (the 1st I told her for 1 min, pointing with my finger on the menu) so mystep-dad had no food at all. (4) They remove the dish when you are not done (I turn my head to speak to my wife, and my soup 75% full was gone !). (5) They made me pay when we were all not done eating. We tried the restaurant once as couple when it was almost empty, and once with family when it was full. They made all these mistakes twice no matter crowded or empty. TO THE BOSS: You have tasty food, nice decorations, friendly team, so just hire 2 more cookers to be faster, and brief your team with better process: *better note writing technic , *Ask before removing a dish , *bring the bill when a group finished eating, or wait them to ask.
