We unfortunately had a bad experience when we ate here tonight & definitely wouldn't bother again or recommend it to others!
It wasn't busy at all but the food was still very very slow to come out and it didn't come out at the same time so some people at the table finished eating 30mins before others even started. The garlic bread was the last item to come out & by then we were over it.
They didn't place an order for 1 of our meals even though we held up 2 fingers for 2 orders of the same dish & said 2 many times to the lady and she repeated back 2. After at least an hour of waiting for the food to finish coming out I queried where my food was & she said I didn't order, ummmm why would I not eat dinner & sit there with an empty spot. I told her not to worry about cooking mine up & went to pay the bill.
I politely asked if they could put my drink through complimentary or a small discount on the total bill for their mistake & the 3 ladies working at the desk turned on me and were very nasty & aggressive & in my face.
Also, they dont know how to make cocktails. My pina colada was simply a whiskey glass with some tropical juice & a splash of Malibu. So if you're expecting a proper cocktail this isn't the place for you.
$93aud wasted on this place, save your money & go elsewhere guys!! They must have another restaurant nearby Popiang as their reviews are similar to mine & the receipt i was given has that...

Good service: The staff is friendly and attentive, and they're always happy to help you with anything you need.
Good live music: The live music is a mix of old English songs that everyone knows. It's the perfect soundtrack for a relaxing evening.
Cons: Few inside tables: The bar has a limited number of inside tables, so it can get crowded, especially on weekends. If it's raining, you may have to sit outside, which can be less than ideal.
Overall: This bar is a great option for anyone looking for a relaxed evening with live music. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The only downside is the limited number of inside tables, but that's a minor complaint. I would definitely recommend this bar to anyone visiting Khao San Road.
Recommendation: If you're looking for a bar with live music but don't want the loud and crowded atmosphere of some of the other bars on Khao San Road, this is a great option. The live music is good, the prices are reasonable, and the staff...
Read moreI was a regular customer for more than five years. However, after COVID-19 reopening, my girlfriend and I sometimes were the only customer all night. The young owner, who apparently inherited that job, many times was standing in front of the bar and calling, begging us to come inside. After the tourists returned, he was obviously overcome by greed and started to behave terribly toward the guests. I asked him to reserve a table for a girl and me for one match at the world championship. He asked me to pay 500 baht for two chairs and a small table reservation. I was ok to pay if he asked for a deposit because usually, we spend many times more than this. I asked him to explain: is it a depositor just for two chairs? With a clever smile, he confirms that it's just chairs. I was also the owner of the restaurant. Such disrespectful and rude treatment of guests was unimaginable to me. PS answer to owner's explanation on my post:" If yes, we would like to inform you that the boss has reserved a table for you, " It is lye. The owner did not reserve a table for me. He asked for 500 baht fees, only for two chairs, not deposits; I never asked before to reserve the table, so how I can then...
