Located a few steps from our home and the only time to try Haruās menu. I seldom eat at Korean restaurants, but good thing I tried.
The place is pleasantly decorated. Minimalist with woody tone. The place is packed normally at night and after office hours, so grab a taste in the morning or in the afternoon.
The staff were accommodating, and sometimes you will meet the owner/s. Food service is fast, waiting time is around 10-15 minutes on busy hours.
Quite astonishing to see multi culture patronizing Korean dishes.
We ordered Korean Chicken (unflavored), Rose Tteokbeokki, Mild Spicy Ramen, Kimchi Beef Rice, Crispy Sweet Potato. For our drinks, we had Dalgona and Haru Coffee.
The Korean Chicken is crunchy and not oily. The breading is not too much, that made the dish still juicy. The dip compliments the chicken. Thatās why we ordered the plain one, so you have the option to dip it or have a bite of the plain flavor. Can say the same with the Sweet Potato. Itās crispy and not saggy.
The Tteokbokki was creamy and cheesy. My wife enjoyed it. As it is her typical craving.
The beef in Kimchi Rice was tender. The Kimchi does not empower the dish. The spice level was normal for my preference. No tears in each spoonful.
Quite disappointed with the ramen. Was expecting a Japanese type ramen š my realization was late as I checked again the menu and it says, āinstantā. Though thereās a few slices of bulgogi beef.
Their coffees were too sweet for me. But its worth trying for those who are into cold coffees and lattes.
The experience was great. As per my wife, the price is reasonable compared to other restaurants serving the same. The serving is quite generous. As some dishes can be shared, depends on your appetite.
Will definitely come back to try other dish in their menu.
They have a photo booth that you can avail for FREE for orders more than 150. Otherwise, you can have it for a fee.

Zoom the dishes we have ordered and you would know that they did not make it short on ingredients.
All the meat and chicken were great, may it be by taste or texture.
I will not give anymore info bout them but one thing is for sure, quality wise, price and environmently location, they are considered, one of a kind in Abu Dhabi.
Korean food at its finest, compared to other restaurant who offers korean dishes...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHaru Restaurant has quickly become one of my go-to spots, and honestly, I canāt stop recommending itāespecially for their bulgogi gimbap. Itās that good. Packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned beef, and rolled just right, it's a must-order dish every time I visit. I could eat it daily and never get tired of it. The overall food quality here is consistently greatāwhether it's their stews, rice bowls, or other snacks, everything tastes freshly made and comforting. What makes Haru even more special for me is their opening hours. I work late-night shifts, and itās so hard to find a place thatās still open and serves genuinely good food. Haru is a lifesaver in that sense. Their late hours make it the perfect spot for a satisfying post-work snack or even a light meal before heading home. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Itās not overly fancy, but it has that homely vibe that keeps you...
