Awful customer service/Incompetent management

I placed an order and they did call — but I was busy for literally less than 5 minutes. When I got back to my phone, the order was already canceled. No after call, no message, no consideration.

Is five minutes too much to ask? This level of impatience is ridiculous. Peopl step away for a moment. Canceling an order that fast shows a total lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic customer care.

If this coffee shop can’t handle a five- minute wait without punishing the customer, they clearly don’t value anyone’s time but their own. I won’t be ordering again, and I won’t be coming again ! I dispute the cancellation. While I’m at the place they will take time to prepare food but can’t wait 5 minutes for a customer online? That’s unfair and disrespectful.

We have big complain regarding the staff name ANKIT in Tim Hortons Najda Abu Dhabi branch. This guy is such a rude staff,people visiting the cafe in order to relax,talk about business and meet some friends.. but this guy always instruct their team to make the volume of the sounds so loud during our meetings. And rudely telling to people to order immediately if they want to stay inside the cafe while this people arrived for about a minute ago and waiting for their clients and friends.. Such a very rude staff who dont know the meaning of COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!! We have been costumer of that cafe for 7 staright long years and that guy disrespect us many times for the month of May...

As a Tim Hortons goer, I’ve come to rely not just on the coffee and pastries, but also for comfort. Since its near, this branch at Al Danah might become my go-to spot.

Coffee is still consistent with other branches - not too strong or even sweet. They really never disappoint. Baked goods are still 💯 and fresh as ever.

Customer service are nice and friendly. The place is clean, and cold even when the sun directly hits the store. It is quiet, tho I’m not sure during peak hours since we came around 5:30ish PM.

Overall, perfect for regulars like who just want a decent cup of french vanilla and a good environment...
