As an avid fan of restaurant hopping... I would say this is still the best filipino restaurant to go!

However... In every review, Honesty is the best policy.

Our 2nd time dining here was to try out their most cheapest food buffet offer, which needs a reservation to get a seat since its always full based on every time we inquire for availability.

Buffet: It's the cheapest one we know with an average choices of food, drinks, and desserts served. It's not that much. However, I can't argue with it because of the price as well. But I do apologize for the friendly staffs but it was not really appetizing based on a few filipino restaurants we had on malls. It comes with a homecooked taste, which once again unarguable because of its price. The challenge comes in if you are seated on the ground floor since their buffet is located on the basement floor. Spaghetti: dry and bland Beef : was too salty Fried chicken: more tasted like flour, less salty, not crispy, a typical homecooked process made in a rush. But the gravy is like in jollibee. Shrimp: was way too overcooked or done in a rush as well. Fish: taste malansa, i think its tilapia... nothing to say much. Biryanj rice: well... they all look filipino chef inside when I peek so needless to say, I think its understandable that it was like rice with colors, nothing fancy and all. Dessert was great! Salad was too sour, no balance of saltiness either but I saw they have a chef of different nationality. Ice tea taste great, the lemon flavor was there.

However, if u r in tight budget yet wants to eat outside, its a perfect choice.!

So... I would say their regular menu will still be my first choice once we eat there again. Nothing beats a food cooked with quality and worth its price. If you got that money flowing with you, just order on their regular menu. It's better, way tastier and satisfying.

Service: It could be crowded, and the dine in space is huge so the limited staff are always trying their best to give you a filipino hospitality despite going up and down the stairs a couple of times.

Atmosphere: Sassy and Red!! Its eating like a king, comfy and big chairs, table has this buzzer to call waiters and tables are smoothly design like an arabian prince.

One last thing: bring back that circle shape fries you have, its a great pair with your fries...

The restaurant presents a mixed experience for its patrons. Its location poses a challenge for individuals with personal vehicles due to the limited availability of parking spaces, which can be an inconvenience for many.

Inside, the restaurant offers a reasonable dining experience with a variety of food options and an acceptable ambiance. However, the quality of service leaves much to be desired, even during off-peak hours when fewer customers are present. Despite the quieter setting, the service remains remarkably slow. While the buffet spread appeared appealing, we opted for à la carte. Unfortunately, we had to wait approximately 20 minutes for our order to be served. Although we were patient, such delays might be unacceptable for customers who expect quicker service.

The root cause of the slow service is unclear—it could be due to an understaffed kitchen or other operational inefficiencies. Regardless, this issue requires immediate attention from management to improve the overall dining experience.

The restaurant also includes additional seating in its underground area. However, this space feels cramped, especially when large groups occupy it for buffet dining. In such scenarios, customers may be forced to share the area, which can make the experience less comfortable due to the limited space.

While the staff exhibit a degree of friendliness, their professionalism and knowledge of waiter etiquette require improvement. Comprehensive training could enhance their customer service skills and elevate the...
