“I’ve been a regular customer of this restaurant, but my recent experiences have been terrible. The food is average at best, but the delivery service is downright unacceptable. Every single time I order, it takes over an hour, which shows a complete lack of respect for customers’ time. My latest order on November 11, 2024, was the worst yet. I ordered at 9:20 am but it didn’t arrive until 10:55 am . I ended up refusing the order because it’s ridiculous to wait this long.

The delivery staff’s attitude only makes things worse. One driver even told me they purposely hold orders until they have around ten to deliver at once. I ordered Butter Naan and Mutton Bhuna and i paid in advance to them. I got normal plan naan and mutton which was cooked i think at lunch.

These are the service which they are giving. One of the waiter his name is BASHEER he looks like he is very smart and very good he always focused on european customers i tried thrice to place my order but he didn’t even listen to me properly.

Bravo restraunt they are taking your money for nothing i think we should raise a complaint against them to the food department of uae.

They are just taking your money and giving u stable food and charge you so high.

I’ve had a disappointing experience with Bravo Star Restaurant's delivery service multiple times now. The delivery always takes a minimum of 1 hour, and on top of that, we’ve had to make 3 to 4 follow-up calls just to check on our order. This is not the first time this has happened, which is why I felt the need to write a review.

Dear management, please take this matter seriously and prioritize improving your delivery service. it will definitely affect your business in the long run.
