SERVICE PUT OUR CHILDREN AT RISK, TERRIBLE SEVICE. BE WARNED!!

We were visiting Dubai and booked a yacht with ASFAR YACHTS CHARTER L DUBAI AE, we had 2 families with 5 children aged between 2 months and 4 years. Called ahead to make sure there was sufficient air con for our children who would be inside the boat, we were assured this would be fine. When we boarded the boat, the staff had just arrived and setup, the boat was boiling inside and was not ready, we were told that it would cool down within 30min and on this promise we set off, once we moved we realized that two aircon units were not working, there was a standalone aircon unit onboard but this was not sufficient. We complained and they said that they would try and fix, for the safety of our children we had no choice but to go back to the harbour after an hour of being on the boat. The staff didn’t know how to deal with the situation on the boat.

Not only did this ruin our planned day out with friends we hadn’t seen for over a year, to make it all worse they have ignored all emails and correspondence. The boat was initially booked through an agent but ASFAR were supplying the boat, crew and service, we have paid 50% direct to ASFAR YACHTS CHARTER L DUBAI AE. In a previous reply by the ‘owner’ they have lied and said all payments were made through the other company – payment confirmation can be shared . They have not taken any responsibility nor shown any...

This year, I celebrated my birthday in a truly special way on a luxurious yacht in the heart of Dubai's stunning waters. The atmosphere was absolutely wonderful, as my family gathered with me to celebrate in this unique setting. Today I was a child again with Asfar Jetski and Yatch. The experience was unforgettable, we had a great time, it was excellent. The views of Dubai from the sea are especially beautiful and you can't miss an experience like that in your life. My wife was on a different motorcycle and had a great time too, she says it's the best thing we've done since we came to Dubai.
