Read moreWorse experience ever + doubts on dishonesty. I went with my husband to exchange the ring size I got for my birthday. The staff said that it was not possible. My husband bought 2 or 3 weeks ago. The store manager had used another Bulgari ring to check the size. He was unsure about the size and told my husband that he should come back with me for exchange. Which we did. He did not mention any lead time for exchange… probably to ensure he got the sale. I have big doubts on the fact he intentionally gave a 58 size when I need a 55 (checking with another ring, how can a professional be so far off)… is there a price difference? We did not get any cash back for the new ring size 55. Finally after telling my husband that he should have read the exchange condition written on the invoice, he finally agreed to proceed with the exchange… net he knew there was a chance we need an exchange and he told my husband he should have read the exchange condition… ?? Is this possible ?? I do have big concern on the fact that for a bigger ring (3 sizes up), we had no refund…. Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment with the level of service my wife recently experienced while shopping at your Bulgari store in Dubai Mall for her birthday gift on 8 Nov 2024 ) .As a loyal customer, I had high expectations of the quality and professionalism that Bulgari represents, but unfortunately, this visit fell short of those standards.
During her visit, my wife interacted with one of the stuff, whose approach did not reflect the level of care and attentiveness we associate with Bulgari.
This experience was particularly disappointing because the visit was meant to purchase a meaningful gift for her birthday, which should have been a pleasant and memorable occasion. Instead, it left her feeling undervalued as a customer.
