I am just back from a Dubai /Abu Dhabi tour where every tour operator/cans provider/hotel went beyond expectation. I had only one bitter experience and that was with the desert safari provided by Dubai Desert Ventures.

We were picked up on time by the two drivers but everything went downhill from there. The dune bashing happened for 10-15 mins only as against 25-30 mins promised. Within 5 mins of sand boarding, we were asked to hurry up as we were getting late. We were then taken to a buggy stop despite we telling them we don't want to go there. The sunset photo stop didn't happen at all. We were taken straight to the camp, asking us to view the sunset from there. By the time we got down from the car, the sun was already set. Having checked with one of the drivers, he decided to pick a fight for no reason and asked me to enjoy whatever sunset was left. Imagine our plight - having watched so many sunset pictures from the desert safari, we got none because of them. We were earliest at the camp since everyone else was enjoying the sunset. We remained seated there for 1.5 hours before the camp experience began. At the camp, again there were no unlimited soft drinks, no coffee, no sweets, all of which was promised by the tour operator.

I still wonder why these people wanted to ruin the trip of a family of 9! If they wanted more money for the trip , they could have just said that. I had agreed to a price they offered. Why would they want to ruin a...

But I never had a fabulous experience as like I had with with Dubai desert venture recently. I had a group of my friends and we decided to go have fun in the desert. I contacted Dubai desert venture. They were so professional in communication and they organized the trip as per our demand. They pick us from our home in 4x4 the tour guide was a professional license tour guide from DTCM and RTA. He was very good in communication and he was explaining everything with full history of the United Arab Emirates. How the life of the Bedouin was before and how they change to new modern style and become in high ranking nation on the earth. The tour guide knew every single edge of the dunes how to hit with full safety and movement. He was not only a Professional tour guide and he also captured lots of our pictures and it was beyond our expectations. After all he drive us to Bedouin Desert camp where they welcome us with Arab traditional Qahwa with fresh dates. They had an organized well trained team to serve us the best. The belly dance 💃 was unforgettable. The fire 🔥 show was really on fire 🔥 with full safety equipped guy. I highly recommend this to everyone just to book with them for life...
