NEVER coming back to Boo Boo Land. I’m still fuming. 😤🔥
So this happened on 24th July 2025, around 4:45PM, and I’m still not over it.
I brought my kids to Boo Boo Land, including my 3-year-old daughter. She’s big and tall for her age, super active and playful. The second we arrived, she got too excited and just ran in before we even managed to put on her socks.
And then—she was GONE.
We couldn’t find her. Like literally gone. We were running around in panic, searching everywhere. I was already freaking out, asking staff for help, describing what she looked like, what dress she was wearing, her body size, everything. I was so scared.
Finally… we found her.
She was at the baby area near the entrance, just playing happily on the little slide. Minding her own business. Not disturbing anyone. Just being a joyful, playful toddler. You could see how happy she was. I was so relieved I found her. She was just so innocent, having fun like any 3-year-old would.
And THEN… this happened.
this Filipino staff woman who monitor that area (yes, I’m saying it, because she needs to be identified) telling me with the RUDEST attitude and said:
“Is that your child? This area is only for babies under 2. Take her out now.”
LIKE HELLO??? SHE IS just 3. how dare you talked to me like that? I just found her after a full panic search!
And then she had the AUDACITY to go:
“Where’s her socks? She’s not wearing socks???”
I literally looked at her like—ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW??? I JUST FOUND MY DAUGHTER. And your concern is socks???
She had her ticket on her wrist, by the way. I paid AED 1050 for this whole visit with my babysitters. And you talk to me like I’m some random stranger who didn’t even pay?? No kindness. No understanding. Just full-on bad vibes.
If you hate working around kids, why are you even here?? This is a kids’ playground, not a prison. You don’t treat mums like this. Especially not when they’re in panic looking for their child.
⸻
But not everyone was bad:
The male Indian staff who stepped in was calm and respectful. He handled the situation like a pro.
🙏 The security guard was super nice and gentle with the kids.
🌻 The African lady staff? She was AMAZING. Always smiling, being sweet to my kids the whole time.
But that one woman? She ruined the whole experience. She made me feel like shit.
⸻
Final words:
⚠️ To the management, CEO, or owner – I hope you read this. don’t hire people who clearly hate kids.
One stupid staff can ruin everything. And that’s exactly what happened.
I’m never coming back. Don’t waste your money.
This place could’ve been fun. But now it’s a full-on NO...

First of all the place is only good for 3 years and above. There is very small area for toddlers or crawlers. And it's packed and your child can't get any toy because there's nothing he can play with (except for 1 slide and small ball pit barely fits 3 kids) Also so many games where you have to line up to get access to. There is no time limit for each round. they allow certain kids and let them play for more than 10 mins (lots of favoritism in this place) like the football area, the car racing, the trampoline. All the areas are fake only filled with decoration like the dress up and the building constructions. They have dresses but kids can't wear it. The lady there tried to make a face paint for my daughter and she did a horrible job because she had very long fake nails she couldn't do it. And her finger nails were digging into my daughter's face. I asked her to wipe it because it's not looking nice. She couldn't wipe and she left me with the wipe and asked her other colleague to do it instead. Without apologizing. (Rude!!!!) Please hire more friendly and caring staff because they are dealing with kids.
The diggers in the constructions area is not working and the racing cars in the car area 3 out 5 are not working.
They displayed a life-sized car but there is nothing they can do there. No car washing, no car repairing nothing!! So unnecessary . In the pretend shopping only 3 shopping trollies are there and so many kids. The ball pit and slide needs to have a proper staff to look after the kids when sliding. Cuz they pump into each other and the staff lady in that area isn't attentive at all Very disappointed with this very well known indoor playground with that high price. You should have better quality
They don't claim what they...

We recently visited Boo Boo Land in Dubai as a family of four, excited to spend the day together in what we hoped would be a fun and enriching experience for our children. Unfortunately, the visit left us quite underwhelmed.
To begin with, the pricing is steep—180 AED per child over the age of three—which might have felt more justified if it included a fuller experience. However, many of the activities we expected to be part of the package, such as dress-up, face painting, props for photos, and hairstyling, came at an additional cost. This made the day feel more like a series of upsells rather than a wholesome, inclusive play experience.
We were also surprised by how little there was for toddlers to do. Given that this is marketed as a children’s play area, we expected a wider range of age-appropriate activities. Sadly, our younger child didn’t have much to engage with, which was disappointing.
Another concern we had was the environment itself. Despite the venue operating on a slot-based system, it was extremely overcrowded, which took away from the overall experience. We were also taken aback by the attire of some parents in the play area—it didn’t feel appropriate for a space that’s meant to be family- and child-friendly. While this may not be directly in the venue’s control, it did affect the atmosphere and our overall comfort.
On a positive note, one thoughtful touch was that each family received complimentary drip socks personalized with our initials, which we appreciated.
Overall, Boo Boo Land did not meet our expectations, especially given the premium pricing. It felt more commercial than child-centric, and unfortunately, we won’t...
