Hysteria Dubai Mall — Local services in Dubai

I bought my coupon on groupon which was so efficient. We walked in with my patner and upon seeing the videos on display my heart started pumping fast its normal as its a horror house.I have visited two more haunted house and escape rooms but the customer service was top notch unlike this place the stuff didnt make an effort to assure me that is just a normal scare and nothing to worry about. I tried to say am afraid but the receptionist or cashier just said it fun and I can see you camera when you raise your hand and he was eating there while talking to us. So I just got in and felt overwhelmed and raised my hands up music stopped and I walked out. My patner tried doing it along and also felt overwhelmed they opened and he was out. No staff member asked him why he came out . Like there was no concern at all. I never got to experience this haunted house. In my line of work We make sure to convience and make the client comfortable to try new stuff but we felt nothing like that there. I will continue trying other scare houses but this one zero...

I was visiting Dubai Mall with my family when I saw a signboard which couldn't be left without catching my attention. I'm a thrill hunter therefore I had to enter this facility. My family and friends are always too afraid, so I take the lonely path for all the scary attractions. However, most of the time there are other people, strangers entering together. This time I was truly all alone.

It was the first time I really got scared. The first time something chased me. And the first time I screamed.

The experience was incredible. For being just a tiny attraction in a shopping Mall it was spacy and had built-in quite a few rooms. Not only objects, walls, and the floor was interactive but also it featured actors following every step I took. I went out of this spooky maze stunned by how well it is made and thought through. It took me a couple of minutes to be able to open my mouth and tell my family how awesome it was. But when I could speak I couldn't stop talking. To this day I am reliving this...

Hysteria at Dubai Mall was a very different experience. The whole experience would take you around 10 minutes (this is including the instructional video at the beginning). Anyone that gets scared easily or knows anyone that gets scared easily should definitely visit Hysteria.

Even if you don't get scared easily but you take someone along that gets sacred easily. It will be a treat for you (and will be hilarious as well). Trust me.

We purchased our tickets through GROUPON as it was cheaper there and paid AED 125 for 2 people. The tickets can be purchased directly at Hysteria, however, it might be expensive.

The staff at Hysteria were really friendly, the setup was amazing and it is definitely a very unique experience. Would recommend it to anyone that gets scared easily or would like to see someone...
