TASTE OF THE.FOOD: I have always been a fan of Texas Chicken. It always tastes fresh and delicious - never a burnt chicken in my experience, and I can tell that the ingredients are fresh as well.

AMBIENCE: This branch is inside the food court, so there is nothing much to say here. Weekdays from 11 am to 3 pm, you'll find seats. Otherwise, finding vacant tables and seats could ve a challenge.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: The crew who served me did not know how to read vouchers. She told me my voucher had expired, so I pointed out to her that the date she was reading was the "From Date." I showed her the expiry date at the bottom of the voucher showing March 20, 2025. The crew who took my order and the personnel in gray shirt told me that I should pay AED 10 more than what I expected. So I showed them both the voucher again, and I told them my actual purchase total. The personnel had the crew check the system again, and they admitted that my information was correct. The crew assembling my order gave me my order without the 2 gravies and mashed potato I ordered.

Because of these service errors, I deducted 3 stars from my review.

This isn’t about the food. This is about their delivery and how this particular branch handled my order. I ordered through Zomato and chose this branch as it shows that it delivers to my location. Order was made and money deducted from my account. Couple of minutes after I receive a phone call from this particular branch confirming my location. I give them the particulars. The guy says ok and hangs up. Next thing I notice that I get a Zomato notification that the branch has CANCELED MY ORDER. The guy on the phone didn’t have the courtesy to say- “oh sorry that’s out of our delivery area”. Nothing. Terrible customer service. DON'T COME TO THIS BRANCH - I have tried this branch several times, and one thing that does not change, is the HORRIBLE ATTITUDE of the staff! They are very Rude! If you request for something or even approaching the counter to order, you already feel unwelcome!! Today is for sure my last visit, I asked for a newly fried tenders for my order and they all grouped in a gang gossiping in their language and trying to convince me to take what is displayed which was cold and soggy. After 15 mins debate and telling them I can wait, a guy came to return his order because its was undercooked, and the manager was sooooo aggressive and unapologetic. Like what is happening here?!
