Extremely disappointed with this place. Behind the facade of a so-called “elite” venue lies a complete lack of transparency, consistency, and basic respect for guests. The rules seem to change on a whim — one day there’s an age limit, the next day there's a sudden ID check, and then out of nowhere, they impose a ridiculous minimum spend of several thousand dirhams. None of these were mentioned before, and it all feels like arbitrary decisions made by whoever is at the door that day.

The level of communication with guests is appalling. Nothing is explained clearly in advance, there are no visible rules, no posted conditions, and no proper customer interaction. Instead of creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience, the entire approach makes you feel like they’re doing you a favor by even letting you in — if they don’t suddenly come up with yet another “new” requirement.

All this chaos completely ruins any potential positive impression that might come from the location or the venue’s design. The arrogance and inconsistency here are beyond anything I expected from a place that tries to position itself as luxury.

The place is dead on a Saturday evening. My friend and I came as the reviews were good online and the videos on insta looked amazing.
