Arrival and Valet Parking: Upon arriving at the Five Hotel, you have the option to valet your car. Note that you donât necessarily have to use the front valet service, despite any language barriers or unclear instructions from the staff. Regular valet parking works just fine.

Read moreExtremely disappointed with this place. Behind the facade of a so-called âeliteâ venue lies a complete lack of transparency, consistency, and basic respect for guests. The rules seem to change on a whim â one day thereâs an age limit, the next day there's a sudden ID check, and then out of nowhere, they impose a ridiculous minimum spend of several thousand dirhams. None of these were mentioned before, and it all feels like arbitrary decisions made by whoever is at the door that day.
The level of communication with guests is appalling. Nothing is explained clearly in advance, there are no visible rules, no posted conditions, and no proper customer interaction. Instead of creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience, the entire approach makes you feel like theyâre doing you a favor by even letting you in â if they donât suddenly come up with yet another ânewâ requirement.
All this chaos completely ruins any potential positive impression that might come from the location or the venueâs design. The arrogance and inconsistency here are beyond anything I expected from a place that tries to position itself as luxury.
I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone who values stability, respectful service, and a...

Even when it was the most crowded, people were just standing around. A lady who worked there came up to ask asking for âfeedbackâ then proceeded to take out phones and write 5 star google reviews. If you see any âamazing shishaâ reviews, theyâre not real!
We got approached way too many times asking if we were call girls. Men approach you in the creepiest way possible and are really pushy. Overall was extremely...
