Disappointed Experience at Claw BBQ – Not Worth the Hype
I had high expectations visiting for ride on the bull as part of a brunch package with Claw BBQ, but unfortunately, the experience was a major letdown.
First and foremost, riding bull was not working, which was one of the main attractions advertised – this was extremely disappointing and felt misleading. The seafood was far from fresh, which completely ruined the appeal of a supposedly premium brunch. The options were limited, and what was available did not meet basic quality standards.
To make matters worse, when I went to try the dessert, the cake was already over – no refills, no alternatives. It felt poorly managed and not guest-focused. The menu overall was very limited, and for the price paid, I expected a much more diverse and satisfying spread.
Lastly, charging separately for the pool table, even after paying for the brunch, just felt like nickel-and-diming guests. For a place that’s marketed as an all-in-one experience, this was frustrating.
Only exception was service offered by Anthony.
Overall, the experience was underwhelming, poorly managed, and not worth the value. Claw BBQ might be decent on its own, but the Raging Bull experience definitely needs serious improvement. Not recommended unless things change...
Read moreI recently attended brunch at Claw with a friend, we set at the bar, and while the food and initial atmosphere seemed promising, our experience took a disappointing turn. We enjoyed a few drinks and were having a great time, but things went bad quickly when we were asked to leave if we weren't going to order more drinks.
The concept of brunch is associated with leisurely dining, where patrons can enjoy their meals and drinks without feeling rushed or pressured. Unfortunately, Claw seems to have missed this. Despite being paying customers who had already ordered a fair amount, the staff made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
It's incredibly unprofessional and off-putting to pressure guests into spending more or to outright ask them to leave if they don't. This kind of behavior suggests that Claw prioritizes profit over hospitality and customer experience.
It's a shame because the food was fine and the ambiance was initially pleasant. However, the pushy attitude of the staff left a sour taste in our mouths, overshadowing what could have been an enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a place where you can relax and enjoy your meal without being harassed to spend more, I would recommend...
Read moreIt's nice restaurant, but service is slow and NOT professional. Me and my wife ordered pork belly and a beefsteak. The food was ok. The atmosphere around was fine. But service is NOT ok. To our table was brought ONLY one menu of each kind, although me and my wife wanted each one to receive a menu. We asked waitresses for a menu each= but nothing happened. We had changing waitresses, when we NEVER knew which one is our steady waitress. We had about 4-5 rotating waitresses. I had to put my hand up many times to call a waitress to our table. They are NOT alert, none of them observing that my hand is up in the air, for long time, and many times. The service is slow, lousy, non professional. I had to call waitresses several times, put my hand up many times. None of waitresses gives a damn. No one came to clear table from dirty dishes. When I called a waitress to our table and asked for our desert to be served= she asked me what did I order ? For food I give 4 stars. For atmosphere I give 3 stars. For service= I give 2 stars ONLY. Average= 3 stars. I give this restaurant 3 stars on Google maps. Service is bad. NOT good. Has to be...
