Please read my complaint,
Dear All
This letter is to complain about service I recently booked a hotel by using your site for 3 days and 2 night check in date on July 28, 2014 to have rest during holiday.
Everything was fine till we check-in then we have found that nothing matching what we saw from your groupon we have surprised that the beds smell very badly all floor are not cleaned, towels are old, not cleaned, they were going to charge for the swimming pool, etc.
Thereafter, same night at 01.00 am in the early morning, I called reception to find out how to solve problem I have had with. After I had been on hold for several minutes, then one of the person came on the line.
I had to explain my problem to him several times because he did not seem to be listening and therefore asked me the same questions repeatedly. Then again put me on hold for several minutes, and then returned to ask crazy questions as like "why we did not check before, why we are going to complain them in the evening time, etc." which is completely could not be acceptable, that so when I feel the person could not understand my problem and the miscommunication will go as it is and finally He returned to say he could not help me. Needless to say, I was quite frustrated.
I close the phone and went to their management office, I found there another Philippine person, I try to explain him everything from the first then he sorry from that then he told that they are going to take immediate action to rectify things then I went back to my room at around 02.00 am then I start to wait the person but no one came and then I give them another ring and another, another and finally they came with pillow cover, bad cover and deodorant, which simply action to play with us shows that they are taking action, but the day was stupid tired, and headache day, believe me we could not sleep complete day.
After in the morning when receptionist persons came duty , I went there and I told them that I don’t want to stay there in their hotel anymore and there was another shock that the person (receptionist) did not ask any question, at least he can say why that much early? And I told them that I have to told with their manager, I start to explain all happened last night but regrettably the manager was same zero action and he told it is okay and only one unstressed simple sorry.

Another positive was doing Dubai at my own pace and having access to every corner of Dubai that we wanted to see.||Shiek Zayed Road with its 6 to 8 lanes was an adventure on its own, at my age it felt like doing the Zip Line.||Be brave and calculated.||The RVHR B1 is a self catering unit with all the necessary amenities with easy access to the East side and the famous West Beach Hotels and beaches.|You have to visit Loren Restaurant on West Beach to the north of the promenade.||Other highlights were visiting the famous Dubai Mall, the brilliant water display, seeing Burj Khalifa, swimming in the warm waters of Jumeira Beach next to the Burj Al Arab Hotel.||An evening visit to JBR and Marina Beach is a must, and lastly I have to mention the Desert excursion, 4 wheelers , Camel rides and Dune Bashing which ended with a lovely Dinner and Belly Dancers.||Wow, 8 days of non...
Read moreI recently got booked into this hotel through Hotwire and it was not what i expected. The system shows you a great deal for a 4 star hotel which it is not. It is an apartment building which has a small management company that is renting out small apartments on some floors. I find this very unacceptable to call this a hotel and book it as such. There is no front desk you get walked in by security to a side room to some one with a desk. No restaurants on site and they are all located in other buildings. Even the picture of the building is deceptive as there are 20 other buildings like it and the one they have shown is off a building backing on to a beach. Which clearly its not, my room backed on to a construction parking lot and it was noisy. The building itself was in poor shape with areas being cornered off with red tape. I don't understand how a shared apartment building can be rated as a 4 star hotel when it clearly is not a hotel or has the amenities to show for it. I was stuck as i prepaid so had no choice but to stay, but i have learned a lesson in life not to pre pay through...
