My Partner ordered a pair of gloves online to be delivered to the Southgate Shop for collection. We live in Northants. The next afternoon after arriving in Bath we called into the shop to enquire about the gloves. Several assistants checked for us but could not locate the item and called for Jess. Jess took our details and said that she had two more Bags to sort to finish checking the deliveries but she hadn't seen our order. Jess went to finish checking the last two bags and as fortune would have found our order and promptly gave us our order. Was very impressed by Jess, her demeanour and attitude in getting our order efficiently and quickly. Impressed by Jess and her manner in getting customer satisfaction without fuss or drama. The other members of staff were pleasant and helpful too.

Doesn't seem to sell children's clothes any more - used to sell a good range but now just seems to do baby and toddler.

The home section is so small it's not worth bothering with.

... And I'm not saying the sale is a con.. But it seems like they suddenly have a lot of low quality menswear items on display that they don't normally sell - especially to flog during Christmas/New Year week.

But 3 stars because generally they offer good quality men's clothing and the staff are normally helpful.
