The Cotswold Company Bath — Local services in Bath

We had our first visit to Cotswold company Bath last April - the staff were lovely and helpful and we had our first order delivered without a hitch. Unfortunately we travelled to Bath again in December to visit again and what a let down!! Staff were rude and uninterested, following us round like we were going to steal something! The items I asked to leave on the counter to buy whilst I continued to look round were cast aside by the cashier and nearly sold to another person. The internal communication within this company is terrible. How is this even possible?

The first time, the driver simply drove past my house — and of course, there was no U-turn to come back.

The second time, after I had already received a confirmation email for the delivery, I was told that they had forgotten to even load the items onto the van.

The first delivery was scheduled for 14 August. Today, 23 August, I still haven’t received my order.

All I keep getting are apologies, but no genuine action or sincerity to put...

Re other less positive reviews; I'm afraid when I read those kinds of reviews I think a. that didn't happen to me, that might be a 'you' problem, and also b. why make a complaint by leaving a review? 🤷‍♂️ Just call the company and talk to them.
