I recently visited the North Face shop in Bath, and I have to say, it was a disappointing experience. Given that they are selling coats priced between £250 and £500, I expected a much higher level of service. Unfortunately, I received no welcome when I entered the store, and the staff did not offer any assistance or share any product knowledge during my visit.
When you're charging premium prices, it's essential that the shopping experience matches the cost. Customers should feel valued and supported, especially when considering such a significant investment in outerwear. Sadly, the staff at this location seemed indifferent and unengaged, which really detracts from the overall shopping experience.
For a brand that prides itself on quality, the service at the Bath location is well below what one would expect.
