I recently completed Nsi Builder Gel In A Bottle course with Jem! It was a fantastic experience from the very beginning when I was messaging Jem on Instagram to enquire about the courses - Jem was very helpful and make picking a course very easy. The course itself was amazing and informative - I have learnt so much and had the best time. Jem is very bubbly, friendly, patient but most of all she is VERY knowledgeable. Shared so many tips and also caters to different learning styles, I am dyslexic and really felt that was taken on board when Jem planned how she was going to teach me! Jem sat and watched me do my peers nails and talked me through why we do the steps that we did - which really sealed my understanding for the Biab process. Jem was always on hand to answer any questions, guide or demonstrate anything that we needed help with. Jem was very encouraging and really helped ease my nerves which in turn made me feel more comfortable and confident doing nails. The course was very interactive even during the theory. Jem even made up a song to help us learn about the different nail disorders and diseases! I honestly cannot recommend Jem enough - the nails that she does are incredible. They cannot be faulted, which is why I knew I had to do the course with her because she teaches to that same high standard & who wouldn’t want to be taught by the best?! I have being going to Jemz nails booking with Precious Nails for over a year now. I can honestly say is the best nail salon in Birmingham. All the ladies are friendly there’s always a nice welcoming hello when you come in from everybody, lovely ladies, nice music you get offered a hot drink, there’s biscuits, sweets, lollipops. Just an overall nice vibe I really love going there. I have to big up my nail tech Precious she is amazing always have a nice time with her. She has a king Nurturing vibe, a fantastic sense of honour and an excellent listening. My nail journey is down to Precious really. I wasn’t sure at first about anything I just wasn’t that girl. This salon is E V E R Y T H I N G. Truly one of the best nail techs in the industry right now. The vibes in the salon are immaculate, everyone is very friendly and the music is perfect. Due to religious reasons I stopped getting my nails done but, I never went anywhere else except Jemz Nailz. I really do miss my monthly appointments here!

Jemma will slay your nails all whilst giving you free therapy (that’s actually good) and laughs throughout. She will always be up for trying new designs and colours and she will NEVER let you leave the salon with a bad set.
