Avoid avoid avoid.
Had a wax and the wax wasnât completed properly , I donât care if you offered me to come back the same day , the next day or up to a month after. I TOLD you I was going on holiday the next day , I TOLD you I was not coming back as I lived two hours away and would be paying more in travel than the wax is even worth. I also TOLD you I was NOT returning to that HOT BOX of a place.
Through out the whole service it was absolutely awful in that room , the staff might not say things to YOU OWNER but they are NOT happy working there , get some windows or air conditioner fitted downstairs how you have ANYBODY working in those conditions during 30 degree weather is disgusting even on a normal day, your âsalonâ is absolutely not equipped for the services youâre offering. It is not up to standards on cleaning and your staff need training again on how to keep their wax stations clean.
As for the receptionist now , youâre just a teachers pet no real responsibility you have to answer to your owner because you canât make decisions on your own , smiles in your face and happy to take your money but the moment you complain about something she is accusing you of lying and trying to bring up how many times youâve been before to deflect from the reason youâre complaining. I told them you shouldnât be leaving wax sticks IN the wax after a client has already had it on their skin and she told me that didnât happen as if she was in the room with me when I had my whole body out furthermore she asked me why is this my third time returning lf the place is not clean , again like I said to her that was actually my SECOND visit after ONE year , the first time I had NO issue hence why I returned , the SECOND time was the times I had the problem. The wax was not completed properly and all she could say to me was well you should have checked , no I should not have , itâs not my job to inspect myself after my wax is done. I can expect maybe a couple missing hairs but YOU were sent ALL images and still denied me of a refund , disgusting service. I have reported you and you will absolutely not see me returning here again.
Big shout out to Maha - even though yes I did have a problem with my wax when I got home after I did then notice how many hairs were left , I absolutely clearly stated in my original complaint I had NO problems with her at all, she is so polite and made me feel comfortable. Mistakes happen but itâs about how you rectify it and considering the circumstances on that day where it was a HOT BOX in the room I am absolutely not surprised , she probably wanted to get out the room just like me. The issue is with the owner and receptionist. You need to watch your attitude and go on a customer service training course. I donât care what you try and respond back if you do because I have highlighted everything including your offer for me to come back which I DECLINED.
I did not ask for a full refund either I specifically asked for a partial one which is FAIR. A simple â I am so sorry about your service today I understand itâs not what you paid for , we can either offer you up to a month to come back or a partial refund for the inconvenience and that would have been the way you deal with your customers , did I even get ONE SORRY????!!!! NO. I was told by the receptionist â you should have checked after your wax was finishedâ sorry are you paying me for a service or am I paying you? When you go & get a wax done it is absolutely the professionals JOB to make sure SHE checks if there are hairs still visible NOT mine. I told SO many people to come here and now I am going to be just as loud about telling them to not come.
Ps just look at the reviews ( lowest scores) I am not the first person to say the place is not clean and again let me clarify this is my SECOND visit and also a different room to what I was in on my first visit a YEAR ago.    Read moreIâve had Laser here which I would only recommend with Dr Sharifa, only because another one of the workers who did my first laser session was rude and burnt me more. I had a fresh burnt mark on my wrist(from home) and informed her straightaway and told her to avoid the area however she chose to ignore this and lasered my burnt mark and made it worse leaving me with a scar when I contacted the clinic to put in a complain there was no apology or any consideration to what had happened , they just brushed it under the carpet and recommended me Dr Sharifa for laser. Dr Sharifa did my sessions and I had no problem with her she ensured I was ok and comfortable throughout my sessions and always gave me after care instructions to follow. She was the only staff who knew what she was doing! The reception team are not professional at all , there was a time I had a appointment booked at 10.00am and the clinic was closed , she came at 10:25 and just opened up as normal she didnât acknowledge the fact people were outside waiting and didnât even apologize for coming late! I get you cant help traffic and public transport being late but the least she couldâve done was apologize! Bearing in mind it was peak winter season and everyone had colds! I booked in a hydrafacial, yesterday for 2 people , however due to the traffic I got there 10 minutes late but I did call them to inform the receptionist which she was fine about and didnât say nothing more on the phone to me I apologized for being late and asked if we could still get the treatment she said thatâs fine, when we arrived , they said due to you being late we need to cut your session down from 40 mins to 25 minutes due to having other clients I said fine I understand , she then said but you wonât see an effective result and youâll find it will be a waste of money , we then questioned what machine is it you will be using , then another one of the workers ( who burnt me) interrupted and said âwhy are you only going to have it done due to the machineâ and began to smirk, the lady couldnât even tell us which machine will be used and had to google it and ask the other worker I think itâs this, they were rude, laughing and rolling eyes , when I then questioned whose the manager and mentioned Dr Hibba , they all looked at each other and said sheâs not here today she only works Saturdays, due to the rudeness we refused the treatment. I wouldnât recommend this place to anyone, itâs a shame because I had a good experience of this clinic a few years ago. The manager definitely needs to get some new staff in who clearly no what theyâre doing!...

They over book and make you wait for hours and literally 0 courtesy for people's time. âď¸âď¸ I went in at 1.40 for my mums appointment as it was booked for 1.45. They said you are not booked, although I booked two different one for my mums micro needling and one for my hydra facial. I booked the appointment over insta gram..i will add screenshot of the booking...then they were like alright we will fit you in..i belive there manager was there and he just asked her to book the appointment even though there were no slots..they made me wait for about 20 minuites and then told us to come in for a consultation..they put on the numbing cream as my mum was booked for micro needling. They did not have a spare room (to be honest all rooms were pretty much empty as there was no one on the floor) anyways they asked us to sit at the reception with the numbing cream on..being a hijab we were comfortable and asked for a room and se said all rooms are in use..so we said we will wait in the corridor as it was a 10-15 min wait only..we sat there up untill like 3 and I kept asking how long will it be she didn't have a proper answer. She kept saying it would only be a while longer. The receptionist was not apologetic at all. She said I will rebook you if you want n all..mind you a therapist was just sitting at the reception doing nothing and then she said does your face feel number I can do your micro needling now if you want. And we just said no as we did not want to be in the hands of such unprofessional people who don't have enough space nor enough knowledge.. Me and my mum both just left the clinic, and I don't want to waste time again. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.đ¤Ž
Also, to add, the place was not clean.. no aesthetics, the bathroom was dirty.
In case you wanna know, my appointment was for 2.25 for Hydra Facial it was a consultation and then the facial. The consultation was with the doctor, but the doctor did not have space, so the therapist kept going back and forth to ask the doctor as I believed she was not competent enough to answer my queries herself. And then she said as I have acne prone skin, she can not do hydra facial for me..( I have taken Hydrafacial before, and there is no issue as they can just avoid the area that has active acne)... Anyhow, overall, it was the worst...
