We highly recommend JMI Bathrooms Brislington Bristol who recently completed our Bathroom rip-out and re-fit.

From our initial chats and further follow-up enquiries with Carol, who was absolutely wonderful, John's home visit to help understand what we could fit into our small space and onto the guys who did all the work, everything was very professional and efficient.

Also Jo, Lee and other staff sorting out the dates and timings and assisting with a few minor issues and a couple of late changes i.e. adding a Heated Towel Rail and sorting a different style Shower Door, to allow better access, both of which were arranged very quickly to ensure a smooth operation.

All of the guys who came to our Home were not only very professional but also very good workers and nice lads/men too, with special praise to Josh, who was excellent doing 'second-fix', as well as his help with Jamie to replace the outdoor downpipe too.

Josh also had to deal with a Shower Door problem, having already fitted the original one before realising it would affect the Basin Unit and he quickly arranged with the office to get it changed, which made for an extended day for him, working until 8pm but there were no complaints from Josh, just a continuation of his happy, smiley self; thank you to all involved in getting the Shower Door changed so quickly too.

JMI put together a considered design that met our needs and our budget, in a timely manner, following a visit to our home. We then visited the showroom to choose from their decent selection of flooring and tiling options, and to confirm the final plan.

After a little wait for availability, our old bathroom was removed, damp course and new plaster applied to walls and ceiling, old electrical wiring fixed, new bathroom installed including flooring and tiling, heated towel rail and extractor fan added, all in two weeks.

Having one company oversee the various trades and components needed to overhaul our very outdated bathroom was well worth the associated cost for us. They made it easy as every day there was a clear plan that all the tradespeople were familiar with. Everyone who came to our house was friendly and hard working.

Our only negative would be that there was little communication from the office team, so we weren’t aware of the plan. It turns out my email address was copied over incorrectly at some point so perhaps...

We engaged JMI to strip and refit our en-suit bathroom. Right from design to completion of the work the whole process was easy. We spent a few hours in the showroom choosing our finishes and were made to feel welcome. The team that carried out the work treated our property like their own cleaning up everyday. The standard of workmanship and attention to detail is second to none.
