Stumbled upon this place as we were walking and decided to order one shawarma wrap (with lettuce, carrots, spicy sauce and lemon tahini) and a hummus bowl (with various salads and mint and green chili sauce). If you like the heat def go for the spicy sauce! 👌🏼Their portion sizes are incredibly generous and everything is so reasonably priced— our total was around £10. They also have a variety of freshly made drinks but can’t comment on taste as we didn’t order any, but the flavor combos sounded good. We thought the food was delicious and were super happy with our meal (and very stuffed). Staff were wearing masks, they’ve added glass screening, limit number of customers inside the shop at a time and only accept contactless payment atm. Highly recommend giving Eat a Pitta a go if you’re in the area and looking for a filling and...

Great place for hearty vegan food and good coffee.

My girlfriend and I were torn between a burrito and falafel pitta. Being a modern man and having watched the first 30 minutes of Cowspiracy I decided to give this place a go. I must say, the wrap was really good. There's a large choice of fresh ingredients which were all tasty. The chilli and tahini sauce made it so juicy I almost forgot it was vegan. The portion size is good too. I'm 6ft 5 (and enjoy the odd food challenge) and was completely satisfied by this wrap.

There's seating upstairs with quirky decor. Overall this is a great place to go for lunch and a coffee. When I am back in town I will...

Went in for my usual order, as I do on a regular basis, and today I was served a measly portion that was not anywhere near the standard I am used to. I politely asked the lady for my usual standard portion and was met with a nasty, dismissive attitude. I seem to have the same issue with this particular member of staff and have often avoided going in there when she is serving because of this. I very rarely write negative reviews but feel as though the service was so appalling today that management need to be made aware, as I have colleagues who have had similar experiences with her and now no longer go to this particular...

Bristol best vegan food 🌱 I’m not vegan (but I used to be!) I was vegan for THREE years whilst I was in Sixth form and my first year of uni. When I came to visit Bristol for the University of Bristol open day and wandered into @Eatapittauk @Eatapitta in Broadmead I was SOLD on coming to the city 😂😂😂! Eat a Pitta is one of those places that absolutely everyone used to get for lunch. I used to smash their pittas and salad bowls when I was a student to fuel my study sessions but think their hummus bowls are THE perfect size (no leftovers! Or feeling TOO full 😂😂 if you know you know!) In the hummus bowls you get hummus, two salads of your choice, four falafels, two sauces, pickles and a pitta! This January they’re selling it at 2022 prices… £6.50! And if there’s enough demand, they might just pop it on the menu for good. So if you’d like to see the hummus bowl on the menu, show them some love at any of their sites across the city or in Bath and comment below! #Veganuary #pitta #bristolfoodanddrink Outfit styled by @meg

Quite disappointing. Staff clearly couldn't care less, wasn't engaged, not able to speak without mumbling, simply not happy to be there ! Had the bad idea myself of getting a outta rather than a falafel box and it meant everything was extremely layered: all the pickles were on top, all the falafel at the bottom, the carrot somewhere in the middle and the hot sauce was cunningly all amassed in one layer in between, not a pleasant couple of bites! Besides all of the above, the salads and falafels were really nothing to write home about. It gets 2 stars due to the wide vegan options available and the decent prices.
