Great shop that's full of character, with plenty of room to play games, there is always a varied stock of models across a multitude of different systems and they stock a good range of essentials such as paints etc.

It also has a nice little cafe as well, which is good when you have another half or if you are a parent and would prefer to sit and wait for a while when your kids are busy playing.

Only drawbacks are that although there is a big selection of stock across many different ranges there isn't a huge amount for any one particular range and I generally find that they don't often have what I want/need model wise. Ordering items isn't a great experience either, I once tried to order a Helldrake on 3 separate occasions, each time it was sold to someone else, never got it in the end. The result is I don't order anymore. I always try and support the store and buy something when I am in, even if that's doubling up on essentials.

All in all, it's a great place to play and well worth the visit if...

The best wargames oriented shop I have ever gone to.

Not only it is cheap, but the main thing is they are there for the community. You can play for free, and have nice food and coffee while doing so, at a very reasonable price.
