Had the most vile train driver, who clearly shouldn’t be allowed to work with people or be around them, not only he wouldn’t communicate and answer questions, he made us pull the pram parts off the train with two little children just to walk around and join the queue of same people to get in same train! When not just us but many others complained the lady from the ticketing desk apologised but clearly it was not the first or new complained against the same driver as she said if you come back just go with someone else. Not much else to it. There is a small museum at ticket office which was mildly interesting. There is a toilet which I asked to use (key locked). Male staff dismissed me to use public toilets outside somewhere. When I relayed his information to the white women in our group, he jumped out of his seat and helpfully guided the women to the outside toilets. At the same time, another white female customer returned the key to the museum toilet (!). This obese member of staff is going to really struggle when (not if) he has to rely on NHS treatment from people of various...
