My Daughter and I went to the Glasgow master class on Friday 18th July , what an experience we had I can not express enough what a fabulous team of people in store knowledge of all products where exceptional all the team were friendly and helpful they made our experience unforgettable they are all a credit to CTB . From our first entrance into the shop everyone smiled and look so happy in their job, we had the privilege to be educated in all aspects of the master class with Orla & Ross they are so passionate about CTB and their whole attitude to everyone was exceptional, the class was knowledgeable at the same time we had a laugh two fabulous people, after the class we had the best time purchasing all the products we were interested in and the value was incredible with lots of promotions offered to us as well as a few free gifts 🎁 Steph was wonderful with helping us try products she is a beautiful young lady. Finally I would like to say thank you to Emma the store manager and Katie I had a small issue afterwards and her assistance and professionalism was second to none nothing was a problem and the issue was resolved immediately first class service from start to Finnish, I manage a furniture store myself and I realise how difficult it can be to deal with different kinds of customers and to achieve great customer service is a difficult task a huge thank you to everyone for giving us a wonderful experience at CTB Glasgow They are a huge credit to the company Thank...

Really disappointed in the experience. My friend & I popped into the Glasgow store first thing in the morning, with the intention to spend large amounts of money on products. We are both very knowledgable when it comes to make up and both use a lot of Charlotte tilbury products. We were in Glasgow with 15 other friends for my 30th, we do not have a store near us so we were very excited to shop! When we entered we spotted at least 10 members of staff, not one smiled. Nicole introduced herself and served us at the till. We felt hounded & followed around the store. I had every intention to spend around £200/£250 but I felt so uncomfortable I quickly paid for my products which came to £50 & left. Nicole put our products through together and when we asked to pay separately as we didn’t understand why she put them through together in the first place, she huffed & then huffed again when we both pulled out cash, we were then huffed at a third time when we asked for separate bags as we did not want to muddle our products up. We couldn’t have left quicker and more disappointed. We ended up going to Frasers and spending several hundred pounds at the perfume counter & Mac counter, Fraser’s staff could not have treated us nicer and went to more of an effort. This was my first time at the flagship store, I had booked the red carpet ready service. I had the wonderful Orlaith do my makeup. I was warmly greeted and taken down stairs, where I was offered a glass of Prosecco (delicious 🤌🏼) Orlaith took the time to ask me about the event I was attending, what I was wearing and if I had any thoughts on the make up look I had in mind. I had a few little ideas but I mostly gave her free rain to make me up. We chatted through out whilst also discussing the items being used on my face. I even asked for a quick tutorial on how to apply lip liner for a beginner. As with the make up service I booked, the amount was redeemable against products. There was no hard seller pressure to buy all the products, I chose a few and Orlaith gathered them for me and I paid. I was absolutely delighted with my make up and received so many compliments at my event. I will most definitely book again. The store is also very beautiful. Products are displayed in a way that they can be easily located and looked at. All staff I encountered were friendly...
