US buyers BE AWARE! I received a sample pack from Eden Perfumes since I was looking for colognes that were safer. The sample assortment was very strong and I did not enjoy any of the scents. I reached out to customer support to receive a refund. They requested I send the items back to receive the refund. I went to the post office to return to the UK and the United States Postal Service will not send perfume through the mail since it is flammable. I have no way to send the items back for a refund and am out over $70 with an item I will not use. Eden customer service had no recommendations for me and would not issue a refund without the items. I am sure they have some great products, however, I will not be utilizing them...

These vegan friendly perfumes are amazing... the smells are spot on like my faves Angel and Light Blue... the only criticism is that the smell doesn't linger as long as the real brands, so you have to keep topping up. Update Nov ‘21 - just got a refill with a new smell, the assistants were super accommodating of my awkward nose & came up with suggestions until we found the right one which is delightful. Called in today to the shop to refill my collection. Let's get this straight the products are spot on and cannot fault them one bit. However the same cannot be said for the staff 2 young males very rude and abrupt no friendliness whatsoever looked at us like we were dirt on the bottom of their shoes.
