I do not reccomend going to this shop. Yesterday afternoon I went in and bought a book about windsor castle which was 5.99. I gave a £20 note to the shop keeper. He then asked for a pound extra for change to confuse me. Then gave me a old £5 note. Then said I gave him it! I only had 20 pound notes in my purse. eventually he gave me a new 5 pound note! But did not give me the rest of my change... he still owes me £4 change! What a con artist! Makes me so angry when people are spending their hard earned money. Wouldn't like to think how many people he has done this too before especially foreign people visiting Windsor. He was Asian, old, grey hair. Watch...

I am a very happy customer!!! There was one item on the display window that had run out of stock, perhaps due to its popularity. I REALLY WANTED IT!! And on that busy day, they sold it to me!!! The display item is hard to get, despite that they fulfilled my selfish desires! I was really happy and offered them £20 for the item that had the price of £2.50, they refused to take my £20 and gave me the change (of £17.5 ) saying “it's my duty to do this” OHHHHH the beauty of those words, the act of kindness and effort they put will never be forgotten!!!
