Don’t waste your money, they don’t care about integrity. The man behind the glass who works there is beyond rude and condescending. Me and my partner were on the stitch claw machine, trying to get the angel toy. We finally got it but it unfortunately fell into the other machine next to it filled with yodas. My partner went to speak to the man working there, and said we ‘technically won the prize but it fell into the other machine even though it was over the prize shoot’. He was patronising and just said ‘technically you didn’t win anything if it didn’t fall out’. When i went over to speak to him, because i was waiting by the machine, he was immediately rude to me even though i hadn’t spoken to him at all yet. He said i already told you. I said to him ‘relax i am a different person speak to me nicely i don’t know what you told her’. He said that if it wasn’t in the prize shoot it’s not a win and i said that we only asked because other arcades we have been to have given us the prize if it was knocked into another machine. He just kept saying that it wasn’t a win. i went back to speak to the other man who happened to be the security guard who validated that its unusual that it went into the other machine and that he shouldn’t have spoken to me like that. Don’t waste your money here, they do not care about...

Had fun getting rid of our 2p coins here but do not waste your time and money on the claw machines. Had 30 tries, picked up the toy every time and the claw dropped it as soon as it had retracted to the top of the machine. It was funny the first few tries but you realise how much of a scam it is when you’re continually picking an item up and the claw then drops it! Tried the smaller claw machines that have plushie keyrings and it was exactly the same - picked up the item but dropped it as soon as the claw reached the top. I’ve had much better luck with the claw machines on the pier previously so will go to the arcades there in future.

Edited review to 1 star after the business has responded that I “over exaggerated” trying 30 times. I did only spend what I could afford (I could have spent more, but I’m glad that I didn’t as this is their attitude), and definitely will not be spending money here in...

Wouldn't give this a star. So after Wetherspoons thought I'd have a little go and everything was fine. Around half 10, an hour and a half before closing time all machines went off. Thought they'd come back on but luckily my partner went to look around. They only locked us in there! Wouldn't of minded but I put my last pound in the clockwork Orange and he wouldn't give me it back! Then had the audacity to moan when we came out and the alarms went off,...
