Sea Wave — Local services in Great Britain

If i could give a 0 i would. We went in Sea Wave yesterday and waited for 50 minutes. We waited in there where it was very humid, stuffy and dirty. Whilst waiting we realised customers after us had been served and we were yet waiting. We asked one of the workers and he rolled his eyes and said ‘soon soon’. We then proceeded to wait and asked for sauces as we were taking the food out. He said we have to pay but we overheard them with other customers where he gave 2 for free which came with the meals. We told him this and he put them in the bag with a lot of attitude. All in all the customer service is awful, food was nothing special and the place felt like a sauna and looked like something from the 1900s. I don’t know what was worse the seagull dropping on me or the customer service here...

By Blackpool standards, this place is a Michelin star restaurant (for a late night meal), Compared to Brighton, London, etc it's an infinitely forgettable and generic fast food joint, but the reason I'm giving it 5 stars is the guy who works there (is he Polish? What or who ever he is, I think he might've brightened my day and made me laugh more than anyone else I've met in Blackpool.) Whatever this guy is being paid is not enough.

If you're veggie (let alone vegan, lol) good luck in this godless city of obnoxious stag dos and alcohol poisoning, where most people would happily eat any roadkill that comes in box with yesterday's chips. At least Sea Wave actually have the word vegetarian on multiple items...

Our visit this time was to Blackpool on a late night out. This chippy isn't on the main promenade but is fairly close and relatively quiet. The guy working there was very nice and friendly. Service too was very quick. I ordered the cheesy chips, they do loads of different things like pizza, kebabs, chicken etc.

Let me tell you, these chips were ready in about 5 mins. And I absolutely scoffed them down. I was under the weather and still had not a full appetite but these chips and cheese were something I have never tasted before.
