If you are Muslim or any other different ethnicity apart from white British you need to think twice before you go to this Blackpool wheel tour . I had a very bad experience with the lady selling ticket for the wheel view , before I bought a ticket I asked her about if I can leave the pram in a safe place and she absolutely you go to that guy he will keep it there . Ok I bought the ticket then the guy said no I can’t keep it here go around and the lady there should help you . Yes I did went around and the lady said yes I’m going to keep it here then another guy came and said no we can’t keep it here . So I went back to the lady of the ticket point to ask for a refund and she said we don’t refund . She called her supervisor who was more racist then her she didn’t even listen to me she didn’t even tried to negotiate with me any solutions she just kept saying we don’t do a refund like a robot. How can someone leave a pram of 1500£ in a random place . She should just tell me sorry we are not responsible of your pram before I bought the ticket . I would say They are not professional at all , and they really need a training how to solve problems and how to communicate with people regardless of where...

-1 star because two of the light strips are broken and at night it...
Read moreWell worth a visit. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed views of up and down the coast on the clear day we had. Tickets are to be purchased on the central pier, at the time I believe it was £20 for 25 tickets, it takes 4 tickets per adult (over 13) and 2 tickets for children to ride the Big Wheel. Queues can be quite long, but they soon go quickly as most are in groups together riding in each cart. Overall, a great experience...
