Berry Street Pizza King — Local services in Liverpool

Ordered for a delivery, they delayed the wait time by 30minutes. I called up and they promised hot food and said that the food should be with me in 10minutes, 20minutes later it still hasn't arrived. When the food arrives the driver did NOT know which bag was mine. Finally shove me a bag and it had a missing pizza and a missing kebab. The food were all cold and the cheesecake was absolutely ruined and the chicken nuggets were over cooked and stone cold. We found a small fly in the cheesecake too just running around the box.
